Negative experience: This is not school. It is circus! I will not prefer someone to study here even the teachers going to answer to your questions when you asked them!

Hi Casse! My name’s Will and I work at the Downtown location. We’re sorry that you feel that way about your experience at GT, but can you specify which aspects of your ESL education didn’t meet your standards? Feel free to contact me at [email protected]. I’d love to hear your opinion on how we can improve.

Negative experience: ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER If you are ok to lose your status because of the office mistake- welcome to the school! In my case the office forgot to inform me that they do not have a class for me after vacation, even though we signed a contract for it. It was a hard time to get a response from the school who was responsible for the mistake and never got it. Begi (office person) did not care much to respond for emails.

Hi Maksym,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced while studying with us at our Portage Park location.

We understand your frustration, and want to clarify that we take student status very seriously. In your case, we had already reached out to you via email in January and had a personal conversation regarding the need for you to transfer to another school. We also followed up with you on the situation in February. We attempted to communicate the urgency of the situation as best we could for us to ensure your educational journey continued seamlessly.

While we regret any miscommunication or misunderstanding that may have occurred, please know that we made every effort to assist you during this period. We value each of our students and strive to provide support throughout their academic endeavors whether they be at GT or any other educational institution.
