The Alliance Française de Denver (AFD) is one of the oldest non-profit organizations in the Denver-Metro area and the only center fully dedicated to the French language and culture in Colorado. Founded in 1897, AFD serves as a cultural bridge and educational center, promoting the integration of diverse cultures within the Denver community.

Our French classes cater to all ages, from children to adults, providing a warm and engaging learning environment. We offer a wide range of courses, from group classes to private sessions, tailored to meet the needs of each student.

But we don’t stop at language education; we celebrate French culture through community events, wine tastings, film screenings, and much more. Additionally, we house a library with over 1,500 titles in French, allowing our members to explore literature from classics to the latest releases.

At AFD, every donation helps sustain our cultural and educational offerings, allowing us to continue inspiring curiosity and connection in our community. Join us on our journey through the French language and culture, and discover a world of opportunities for learning and cultural exchange.

Fantastic experience: Provides a structured program for learning the French language. Also, it coordinates many franco-file activities.
