Aprender inglés es un proceso, igual que un bebé cuando aprende a caminar: paso a paso, construyendo confianza con el tiempo. Así ha sido mi experiencia en Neo Language Institute. Cuando llegué, no entendía nada de inglés y tenía mucho miedo de hablar. Una de las cosas más importantes que logré aquí fue superar ese miedo. Alfredo crea un ambiente donde siempre te motivan a hablar, incluso si te equivocas. Siempre hay algo que decir, y eso hace una gran diferencia. Lo que más valoro es la forma de enseñar y el apoyo constante. No te sientes juzgado, te sientes acompañado y motivado a mejorar cada día. Hoy no solo entiendo mucho más el inglés, sino que realmente disfruto aprenderlo. Me ha ayudado a crecer como persona y a ver nuevas oportunidades. 1 year ago Negative experience: No les recomiendo que gasten su dinero en esta institucion,inicie mi curso ahi,no lo pude terminar poque la atencion es pesima; si pedia ayuda no me la brindavan, me mandava a usar mi cerebro ;y se supone que pague el curso sin opcion a cuotas para que me orientaran. Y perdi mi dinero sin opcion a reembolso.

Your instructor has been in constant contact with you, continually offering assistance with your homework, asking if you need help, even after class hours. Your instructor asked that you first do your assignments, yourself, and then ask us for help. But we had not received any requests for help. We do offer payment plans, and FREE 1-on-1 tutoring, we offer assistance after and before class, and we offer refunds if we do not fulfill our obligation in providing the highest level of instruction in the area. We hope this clears up any confusion. And we are always here for you. All you need to do is ask.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: The English teacher Alfredo is one of the best! I have tried many different schools but this one by far has been a great learning experience. He does not move on until we fully understand the subject. He teaches us about how important punctuality and responsibility. I really enjoy his class and look forward to it. Would highly recommend!
