Fantastic experience: The engaging classes and organized curriculum make learning Russian much easier and more enjoyable! I had spent a good five months trying to learn on my own before signing up, and I learned more in a handful of sessions than those months of self-study. The lessons themselves are engaging and involve a lot of games and physical movement that make the material stick. The curriculum also builds on itself by introducing some easier, more similar to English words first then using those words to later introduce more complicated terms. I really appreciated this because one of the great challenges of Russian is all the unfamiliar, Slavic-origin vocabulary that can very easily get overwhelming, so learning in this way helped a lot. There's homework with each lesson that helps to reinforce the material. They usually focus on a single aspect of the lesson, which makes learning small pieces of the complex Russian grammar a lot more manageable. The instructor also has a great passion for teaching the language that comes through in her lessons and curriculum. She hosts games and events outside of the classes for more language exposure, and these alongside the classes are a great way to meet fellow students for additional practice. Overall, if you're trying to learn Russian, this class is a great resource.

Fantastic experience: Ana and Russian Crash Course are a PHENOMENAL way to learn Russian with excellent support and efficiency. Ana has developed an extremely well-designed course. What has impressed me the most is that Ana has created her own textbook materials for teaching native English speakers the Russian language. Her textbook is designed very professionally with the proper amount of supporting content for those whose primary and first language is English. Ana doesn't just throw her students into reading Cyrillic text on the first day. Rather, she includes the Cyrillic writing as well as English transliteration so it is easy to understand in the beginning for native English speakers. ПЯТЬ ЗВЕЗД! Fantastic experience: I love taking classes with Ana! I love languages and have practiced many, but have never gotten fluent— whether I learn on my own or at school, I never seem to have motivation to get that far. I often feel lost on my own or overwhelmed when I get far enough at school. However, the way Ana teaches is SO much better than any other structured class I have taken. I find myself motivated to keep learning and I could see my progress even after the first course. If you’re thinking about taking a course with Ana— do it! :) Russian is a difficult language to learn by nature, but Ana makes class so fun and she is accommodating to everyone. Fantastic experience: I feel lucky to live in Denver where Ana has her school. Her teaching style is creative and unique. And she loves teaching, which is why she is such a good teacher. She has a lesson plan for every class. She keeps each student engaged, no one sits quietly. She is a good ambassador of the Russian language and good at bringing people together, which is what the world needs right now.

Since starting, I have really enjoyed the class structure, the content of each class, and the other students. The teacher is very engaging and encouraging and always has Russian snack on-hand. The owner and amazing instructor, Ana, has reinvigorated my love of the language. Fantastic experience: My 16 y.o. son decided that he wants to speak Russian. Unfortunately a group class wasn't available in Parker area. Ana went out of her way to come to our house and do the class at a convenient for us time. She always comes full of energy and enthusiasm that are contagious. Fantastic experience: My husband is fluent in Russian and speaks Russian with his family, so I had been trying to learn on my own on and off for about a year, with no real success. After my very first class, Ana at Russian Crash Course had me believing I might actually finally learn the language. After my fifth class, my husband was impressed by how much I'd picked up in just five short weeks! When trying to learn from textbooks, I quickly got bored and frustrated with all the technical teachings. Ana formats the lessons in a way that puts the most practical information you need to know first, and uses games to keep things interesting. I'm looking forward to continuing my classes and can't recommend Russian Crash Course enough to anyone who is looking to learn Russian.

Fantastic experience: I've taken two separate languages (German 3 years, Spanish 3 years) with little success and learned basic written Greek and Latin on the side and supposedly Russian is a level 4 language in terms of difficulty. In retrospect of the other language teachers I had, Miss Ana has had us speaking, reading, and writing Russian and holding basic conservations with natives speakers in less than a year. Miss Ana is a definitely a gifted teacher and has a true passion for teaching, and anybody wanting and willing to learn Russian should look no further than this.
