Fantastic experience: Wows upon wows! I have been taking classes since this past September, & I am truly amazed by how much my previously nonexistent Spanish has improved over time. I have always been treated with the utmost respect & love my time in class with mainly Gabriela. Highly recommended Spanish learning for all levels! Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: Spanish Learning Network has helped my Spanish-speaking abilities take great strides forward. I came to SLN with a foundational speaking from my school days where progress happened at a glacial pace and it often felt like I wasn't learning the same language as native speakers. SLN classes has both native and non-native Spanish speaking instructors who bring unique perspectives and different teaching techniques. I very quickly appreciated the fact that SLN classes have you converse on a wide variety of topics and not the same narrow options that get covered to death in school. I have a new confidence and love for speaking Spanish thanks to SLN!

Negative experience: I wish I could say I shared the same experience as these 5-star reviewers, but sadly that wasn't the case for me. I enjoyed meeting with Bex via Zoom for the free assessment and immediately signed on in December. I got the subscription for 6 classes/month. However, I was unable to book classes until late January because I had just started a new job and needed to figure out my schedule. Last week, I finally booked a virtual Level 1 class per their recommendation. I showed up on time and participated as best as I could. I was flustered and a bit overwhelmed, but I remained positive initially. I felt like the professor did not treat me as kindly as she did with the other students, i.e., sending translations in the Zoom chat or being patient with me when called on to participate. I was so nervous, and she made me feel incompetent. After the class ended, I reached out for help using the chat feature on their website and received dismissive responses. I explained that I was overwhelmed and asked for tips on how to best prepare for the next class. All they said was that it would get easier over time. Then earlier this afternoon, I asked the chat for assistance with their mobile app which, according to their website, is required in order to be put on a waitlist for a class that is currently at full capacity. No response. 4 hours later, I sent a request to cancel my subscription, and they were quick to do so. My subscription was cancelled just a few minutes later. I feel incredibly discouraged after this experience. I was truly looking forward to this learning program as a nurse who serves a large population of Spanish-speaking patients. I want to learn Spanish so I can enhance the nurse-patient experience in which sensitive information must be shared. I was hoping to break that language barrier to make patients feel comfortable talking to a stranger about their health problems. I did not receive any guidance or support in the short time I had at this school, and that really sucks. In fact, it felt like they were annoyed by me from the start, and I'm not sure why. I need to look for a new school now :(

Fantastic experience: I love taking Spanish with the teachers at SLN. After nearly a year, I have learned a ton. The teachers are non-threatening and work to increase confidence through conversation. You can easily do something like Duo Lingo on the side but this is a better way to increase your ability to communicate. I did karaoke in Spanish and participated in a powerpoint presentation party. Other students are open and friendly and the teachers are well-prepared and sympathetic to the challenges of learning another language. Thank you for your help keeping me motivated to learn more.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking classes about a month now and it’s great. The class sizes are intimate and the instructors do a good job of engaging everyone. Would recommend trying it out!

I learn so much about vocabulary and how to communicate with fluidity. The range of classes available and the flexibility of scheduling really makes this work in my busy life. Fantastic experience: I came to to SLN to get some basic skills before a trip to Spain. I really enjoyed the program options and there was so much to choose from outside my online classes! My favorite activities were game nights and cooking classes. My instructors were all knowledgeable and patient. I can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!!

Her attention to detail and gracious demeanor is top tier. If you have ever wanted to learn Spanish, this is something you do not want to skip out on. Duolingo has got nothing in the Spanish Learning Network !!!

Fantastic experience: I've greatly enjoyed SLN's classes. There are a variety of instructors, each with their own style, and that variety has been a wonderful way to approach language learning in multiple ways. I'm always sort of happily exhausted at the end of a session, and in a great mood!

Fantastic experience: The Spanish Learning Network has been a wonderful addition to our lives. My 6 year old started taking Spanish with Prof. Andrea last fall and she loves it. The professor is engaging and inclusive, speaks mostly Spanish, but is very good at knowing when to give them little clues in English, and my daughter is responding back in Spanish. It has made the whole family start to take an interest and practice together. The Director of the company, Bex, is friendly and professional and takes care of any little issue at lightning speed. What a wonderful company to work with, I try to tell anyone I know about it. You'll be glad you signed up for classes!

Fantastic experience: This is such an incredible way to keep my Spanish strong & fresh -- It's like a yoga studio in that you can piece together which classes work with your own schedule one week at a time, which works well for my job. High quality instructors and amazing in-person events, too.

Fantastic experience: It has been amazing to learn with lessons and conversation classes with Spanish Learning Network. As a teacher myself, the materials shared in each class are SO well planned-very impressive and so easy and fun to learn from. So far it's exceeded my expectations and I'm excited to keep learning. I would recommend to everyone! You take a diagnostic at first so you’re immediately taking lessons at the correct level. It’s all via zoom so it’s easy to do from anywhere, lots of options of class times, and an easy site to navigate and sign up through.

Fantastic experience: I went a couple years ago, and I wish I would have stuck with it! Even with my limited Spanish skills, Spanish speakers still compliment me on my pronunciation!

Fantastic experience: Spanish Learning Network in Denver is an awesome program and place to immerse yourself in Spanish. The different program options fit different time commitment levels and are economical as well. I began with the immersion option which has a three month commitment and it was well worth it for me. The immersion option provided the learning momentum I needed and included 4 private tutor sessions per month in addition to the 18 regular group classes. Thank you to my wonderful private tutor Andrea, she is one of the most patient people on this planet! My Spanish speaking ability went from a level 2 to a level 5 which I was not expecting. All of the "profesores" in this program are top notch, professional, patient and wonderful people. Several are native speakers and others are not. I love having both native and non-native instructors, as their teaching styles and perspectives have so much to offer. As an adult learner I highly recommend this program for anyone serious about improving their Spanish. Thank you to Bex and all the great instructors at Spanish Learning Network!

Everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming, and the environment they create couldn't be better for learning a language. I can't wait to begin! I have wanted to learn Spanish forever and this program has made it super convenient to take classes and I feel confident talking with other adults because we are all around the same level which was a struggle for me before. My language has grown and all of the professors are fantastic! I highly recommend this program!

Fantastic experience: I've been enrolled in Spanish Learning Network classes for about 6 months now. While I am okay reading Spanish and doing Duolingo, what makes a huge difference is the focus on listening and conversation in these classes. Instructors are friendly and help you along the way and it makes a huge difference to get outside of your comfort zone and actually interact with the language like you would in the real world.

Fantastic experience: I started taking classes at SLN in October, and it’s been a highlight of every week ever since! I love the flexibility of scheduling, and the teachers are so patient and fun. I enjoy that each month has a theme, ranging from holiday celebrations around the world to gender equality. I also love the diversity of classes, which include conversation hours, grammar workshops, and beyond. I look forward to continuing my Spanish education with SLN and highly recommend for anyone interested in learning Spanish!

Fantastic experience: I'm finishing up my second month with them and have no complaints. The classes are at convenient times (even for me and my weird night shift work schedule), and the instructors have all been really great. The classes are really interesting, and each month they have a new topic that they focus on to keep things interesting and relevant. They have some in-person learning events which look really fun too! I took Spanish in high school and college (a million years ago) and was really nervous to enter classes as an adult who forgot pretty much everything I learned when I was younger, but they ease you into it. I haven't felt stupid or embarrassed when I get something wrong, and am learning a lot.

Fantastic experience: I wholeheartedly recommend anyone that wants to improve their Spanish conversational skills to enroll! My experience has been fantastic. I took Spanish in college a LONG time ago and wanted to get back into it. I researched a lot of Denver options and this is by far the best choice. You will get to speak Spanish with your peers and improve your language skills. The teachers are friendly, smart, and helpful. Bex is responsive very quickly to all my questions. She will assess your fluency and make sure you are learning and progressing. I have had an amazing time and look forward to each class. There are a ton of virtual options each week so that you can work around your schedule. Fantastico!!

Fantastic experience: I’m about 6 weeks into taking SLN classes and I’ve already improved my comprehension a lot! The whole process is so convenient so I’m able to learn Spanish while also having a busy schedule. The teachers are great and it’s nice to practice speaking in the classes since the class sizes are small. Highly recommend

SLN offers so many options for classes and practice sessions for busy adults, and in an engaging and fun way. Who doesn’t want to take a class about swear words?!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been taking the After School Spanish Club here every week for the past 6 months. The instructor makes it fun & interesting with a variety of videos, quizzes, and songs. It's been awesome watching her randomly start incorporating and mixing Spanish words and phrases into her everyday conversations with friends and family.

It is the one summer camp they both agree they want to attend without fail, and the instructors are fantastic with different levels of fluency. Fantastic experience: I have started taking Spanish classes at the Spanish Learning Network for a few weeks now and have really been enjoying it. I've tried Berlitz and another Language School in town and neither were as helpful as the SLN. The teachers are very knowledgeable in Spanish, but also how to teach it. Classes are fun and interactive which causes Spanish words and phrases to stick. I really like how there are a variety of different classes to choose from, giving you the ability to fine tune your language learning. I look forward to my conversation class tomorrow!

Fantastic experience: Stumbled on SLN by accident as I was looking for a group class for my kids. I started my first online classes with SLN in April. Bex and her team of fabulous teachers are so passionate, patient and have created the most supportive and personalized learning environment that I started speaking Spanish in no time. If you're looking for a great way to learn Spanish, make friends, but want your bang for the buck, look no further! Try it out for a month. You'll be glad you did!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed becoming a part of the Spanish Learning Network so much! As a wife of a native Spanish speaker and a mother of two fluent kiddos, it has been a priority for me to learn and I AM learning. I look forward to class every week and enjoy learning the language but also I love that Austin incorporates so much about different cultures too. I feel comfortable putting myself out there (something that's never happened before :)) and the conversation is always great with my classmates. Profe Austin is the best of the best!

Fantastic experience: I look forward to my classes each week. Honestly, I really wanted to learn the language but have never actually enjoyed Spanish classes in the past. It’s certainly not the case now and on top of that I feel like I’m getting a lot knowledge and practice out of each session. I also really appreciate how the teachers encourage us so much at the end of class to keep practicing. It’s almost more like an immersive social hour.

Fantastic experience: "This was my favorite part of the day!" -- my 2nd grade daughter about the Denver Spanish Network class she took today. Initially hesitant and a little nervous, she has now participated in two classes this week and can't wait to sign up again. Ms. Bex is fun, engaging, positive, and encouraging; she also makes sure each child participates equally. My daughter loved seeing her friends on Zoom and was glad that Ms. Bex helped her when she didn't know the Spanish words. I'm so glad we have this as an option. I highly recommend this class!

Fantastic experience: I'm a current student (for three months now) and just love the variety of classes offered. No matter how many people attend the class (either online or in-person), I feel like I get my own individual attention. Thinking back to when I first started taking classes through DSN, I have come a LONG way in a short time. The reason why is because the teachers give us plenty of practice and they challenge us every step of the way, not to mention I get to be immersed in the Spanish language at that moment, which is the only way to become fluent. Hope to see you at class, which by the way, is so fun!

Fantastic experience: Aa we self quarantine and the kids are out of school, I signed them up for online Zoom Spanish classes with Denver Spanish Network. The classes did NOT disappoint...they are AMAZING!!!! My kids loved it AND learned some new Spanish. I highly recommend signing up...it is worth every penny!!!!

Fantastic experience: My 5th grader loved her online Spanish class. This was a totally new experience for her and she was a bit shy at first but the instructor helped her warm up and engage. Small class size was great as it allowed the class to really meet kids where they are. Signing up for another session soon.
