Negative experience: I just called to the Admission Department regarding the transfer, and I couldn’t believe that someone can be that rude. Unbelievable. Saying to me “It’s not nice of you to ask that, it’s a procedure, just send us an email”. I was very confused because I’ve send already 2 emails before and never got any answer back from them. And that’s why I called - to check if there are any updates.

Fantastic experience: I studied at California Language School for 2 years. It was a great experience. Thank you to Daniel and Rooney for all your help. I learned a lot and really improved my English. I recommend this school to anyone who wants to study English.

This college has been a huge part of my transition to life here, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been studying here for a year now and it’s been an amazing experience not only have I met people from all over the world, but I’ve also made great progress in learning the language. Ariana, Angie, and Daniel are incredibly kind and genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience. They’ve also listened to our feedback and made improvements based on our suggestions, which shows how much they value students’ input. The college organizes activities that break the routine and give you real immersion in the language, making learning much more engaging. My teachers, Paula and Gannon, and my last teacher Emma are outstanding they have deep knowledge and excellent teaching methods. I highly recommend this college to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive place to learn and grow!

Fantastic experience: I studied in the advanced class for two months and I really enjoyed and learned a lot. The daily classes included a variety of reading and discussion topics, as well as fun games. The teachers and staff members were very friendly and thoughtful, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend this academy to anyone looking for a great educational experience.

The school is officially authorized by the United States to provide visas for international students. I recommend contacting the school via email. They respond quickly, clearly and effectively.

Fantastic experience: I was a student at CLS for 3 years, when I just move to LA I couldn’t speak almost any English but everything changed thanks to CLS and their well prepared teachers, I learned so much English that I feel confident about it, plus I met people from around the world and also I got enrolled at a different school without presenting any English test just with an interview! I totally recommend this school, I will always have it in my heart. Thank you CLS

Staff and teachers are very helpful, friendly and attentive.All of my questions are answered in a timely manner and very respectfully. Anyone who has come to this school will know what I’m talking about. The owners, Angie and Daniel are very open hearted people.I don’t know what some of these people are saying but I wouldn’t rely on the credibility of someone who only leaves bad reviews spreading negativity everywhere they go. Sounds like this school dodged a bullet.

Negative experience: Edit in response to the owner’s message: I absolutely have the correct school, and these questions were indeed asked. He asked how long my friend had been in school, what English level he was in, and then told me rudely that someone at his level of English should be able to call for himself. I just hung up the phone I was so infuriated by his attitude. Thank you for your doubt, however, I feel your response just demonstrates the lack of customer service your company has. EXTREMELY rude and incorrectly informed person answering the phone. Literally does not know how f-1 Visas work. My friend is looking to transfer to a new language school, so I called to ask questions about TOEFL while my friend is in class. Instead of helping, the guy rudely remarks “How long has your friend been in the US? He can find a school himself.” Like, yes he can, thank you for your rude attitude, but he’s in classes until your school closes. Then he told me their TOEFL classes wouldn’t work for the F-1 visa. Useless and rude. Will never go here.

Fantastic experience: I spent 3 amazing years at this language school and had no problems whatsoever. I came with the basic English level in 2017 and when I left this school I was able to speak English almost fluently. To learn a new language is always a challenge and teachers at CLS made this process easy. Im so grateful to all staff and management for everything they had done for me. For 3 years learning ESL there they had become almost like a second family to me. Thank you guys and I wish you all the best. PS will stop by to have a donut party like we used to :)

Negative experience: I'm preparing a testimonial video for better express my feelings with the experience I had with CLS. For now I can say I'm greatful I was ignored by Ryan and Daniel through our conversation and lost more then a thousand dollars while I was still in my country. The reason is that I surprisingly got a medical request for not leaving my country for a couple monthes more, during my treatment, and the school just gave me their back, literally and rudely ignored my lost investments and didn't even support me changing the date of my SEVIS, for example. The lack of respect and poor service from this institution showed its face, and proved that Cheap sometimes turns to Expensive. In the end, I'm so grateful I didn't reach CLS and now found an ethic and respectful school to enrol. If I can give you a tip, it's worthier paying $600 or more of monthly tuition somewhere else than having trouble with poor services furtherly. Also, most of schools don't charge you for the I-20. Pay attention.

Fantastic experience: I'm grateful for this school for many reasons. First, because I`ve been studying for 6 months there and I`m very satisfied with how much I have improved my English. Second, because the teachers and the staff, in general, are always super helpful and willing to give an amazing student life experience to the students in the US. If wasn't for the teacher Cassey Blakemore I wouldn't be able to go to a college or even writing this review right now. She`s very focused on getting her students to a higher education position, which was exactly what I was looking for. Affordability is also a great point to consider. The prices are the same for all levels, beginning, intermediate or advance. If you are not sure about what school to go learning English you definitely should check CLS before cutting any deal.

Fantastic experience: I studied at many English schools, but Californa language school gave me the best learning experience. They have amazing teacher and their teaching methods are full of activities and fun. I believe this is the best way to learn a language. Also the most important and amazing thing here is the great friend I had. I had more than 50 friends from all nationalities. We had a lot of fun together and that what improves everyone's English so fast. I highly recommend studying here.
