From the first day, everything felt well-organized, professional, and welcoming. Fatih, the Campus Operational Manager, is exceptional. He is highly professional, responsive, and always ready to help with any question or situation. His support makes students feel comfortable and confident. The teachers are top-level. Raymond, Mindia, Shivam, and the rest of the team are knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely invested in student progress. Negative experience: I have been a student at this school for over a year, and I’d like to share some of my experiences: 1. The official attendance policy listed by the school sometimes differs from how it is actually enforced. 2. Vacation requests must be submitted two weeks in advance. Meeting the school’s requirements for grades and attendance by the time the request is reviewed is not always guaranteed. Email responses are typically once a day and only Monday through Friday, even though classes are held on weekends. There is also a vacation deposit of $245 required before the vacation, plus an additional $300 one week before the vacation ends, totaling $545. 3. If you need to transfer or withdraw, the school may keep you enrolled in the program for an additional 4–8 weeks for various administrative reasons. 4. Teachers change frequently, sometimes without prior notice or explanation. 5. Class sizes are often larger than advertised. Although the school states 4–15 students per class, in my experience most classes had 18–20 students, and sometimes up to 24. Some classrooms have limited ventilation, so air circulation can be poor. 6. The daily schedule for the full-day program is long — 10.5 hours — which can be challenging for some students. These points are based on my personal experience over more than a year at the school. I share them to help other students make an informed decision. At the same time, I have also appreciated the dedication of the staff and the opportunities to learn in a structured environment.

A few of my friends studied here and had a great experience, so I gave it a shot too. The teachers are friendly, the vibe is welcoming, and it’s super close to Dragon Gate and Union Square. Negative experience: The academic coordinator in this language academy sucks. They would only send out expulsion warning letters instead of actaully helping their students. Last week, my classmate dejectedly and sobbingly told us that she received the expulsion warning letter from the academic coordinator. She was having difficulties learning English due to her age, but when she asked the coordinator for help, the coordinator basically did nothing or provide no useful suggestions other than just telling her to work harder.
