Negative experience: They informed us that they were moving just after we completed the payment for a 3 weeks course for a student coming from France. They are not serious. Not recommended. UPDATE: They are literally THIEVES. And they've got 0 star. After they have moved the school and made us pay, they literally disappeared. Their email address isn't working, their advisor doesn't reply. I will hire a lawyer.

Negative experience: The school has good teachers, but it depends on which class you take. The main problem with this school is the administration, as they do not take proper care of the students or the facilities. For example, all the classrooms and bathrooms are dirty. There is no maintenance of the space, and I have never seen anyone cleaning it. There is no parking available for students, no coffee, and no basic amenities. I wrote this review because I am someone who reads reviews when making decisions, and they help me a lot. I hope this helps you make the best decision.

Negative experience: They don’t take anything serious. They pushed back my partners test TWICE. Made him take it a month later than planned and then haven’t given the results after he’s taken the test a month ago now. They do not care about how important these tests are for visas and such. And their customer service is AWFUL. I hope other test centers are better than this monstrosity

Negative experience: INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE This school has no credentials, they have been in business for only a few years and very unprofessional. I enrolled my son to this school and paid all the fees and while my son was waiting for his interview with the US Embassy the school cancelled his paperwork without a notice, warning or anything and also keeping my payment refusing to return. There are better schools here in Atlanta and also cheaper than this one. I found a school has been in business for 30 years and $250 a month cheaper as well as they have parking lot for the students where this school do not provide parking. If you driving it will cost you $25 a day parking in Atlanta. Find another school.

Positive experience: I sat my IELTS test here as a private candidate. so my review is based on my experience as a private candidate. Overall I would recommend this location. The registration process is easy, they provided excellent and timely communication via email. There is no parking so let someone drop you and pick you up. The staff would not win any hospitality award, so don't expect any warm welcome. I read a few reviews that the results were unusually low. That was not my experience . I am pleased with my results. They posted my results on time and I got a copy in the mail within 2days. I gave them only 4stars because of their staff they could not get 5stars. Read below if you would like more details. Registering (Excellent): This was done online and it was easy and user friendly. They confirmed by registration and approved my documents within 24hrs. Communication (Excellent): Leading to the test date I got several emails informing me of the various steps, materials I need to take etc.. I was very impressed when they emailed me the day before the test to tell me that a particular street leading to the center would be closed. This was very helpful and prevented delays and frustrations. Parking (Awful): Nightmare. If you can, get someone to drop you off and pick you up. My husband took me, but we got there early so I wanted him to park so I would have somewhere warm to sit and wait, but he could not park. I arrived at the location and to my surprise there was no parking . I thought there would be adequate paid parking but there wasn't. There is an area that looks like a parking lot but it was either closed or was no longer operating. Then there was a small area but that was full. It could hold about 6 cars. I am sure there is a bigger parking area somewhere, but on the street where the center is I did not see one. I had to get out the car and go stand in cold in the front of the building for about 20mins. Check-In ( Awful) Once you are in front of the building, there is a lady giving out papers to be completed, she checks the papers and your temperature and then let you in. She was far from polite and appeared extremely annoyed and impatient because the candidates were not completing the form correctly. To begin having people standing outside in the cold is foolishness. I know since COVID many things have changed and simple progress has turn into nightmare experience, but I felt like she could be a bit more courteous. There also needed to be at least 2 people doing the checking as this would speed up the process. Staff Inside (Fair) once I got in, most of the staff were not polite either. The ones taking your pics were well-mannered and welcoming. The speech examiner was professional. He did not make me feel like he was there to intimidate me. I had a bad experience with two staff members. I waited 15mins before the start of the exam to go to the bathroom because I decided I would not leave the exam room once the test started. When I got to the bathroom area a lady was telling me I needed to go back to the room as they were not allowing anyone in the bathroom . I explained to her that I needed to use the restroom and could not hold it much longer. Then a man came and was joining her and trying to "run" me back to the room . I had to respectfully stand my ground and explain that I am going to use the rest room because the test doesn't start until the next 15mins and I will not be leaving the room once the test starts. They were trying to tell me to use it after the test starts. I think this was a disregard for my test time as they know I will lose time taking a bathroom break during the test . Test Results (Pleased) : I read a few comments that result was unusually low. Overall, I was very pleased with my results. The writing was a little lower than I expected, but it wasn't terrible. I am happy with the results. The results were posted on time and I got my results in mail very fast.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this place to study English. I think this school is just a business to get money, the school is not interested you really learn. I see good reviews but the students were always complaining. I came to the USA to learn American English but my teacher was from UK. It doesn’t make sense. He was a great teacher though but he’s accent and didn’t help me to improve my pronunciation! Which was one of my main objectives. The staff isn’t helpful.

Negative experience: This is a shady company they never answer their phones have multiple phone numbers for one location and when I present it a problem to them and even sent images of what the problem was the best I could tell me was to make sure the picture a small which I did multiple times in your system for signing up for supper on your website does not allow me to upload the photo caused me to miss out on the test because of it Update: I will not be removing this review because it is 100% accurate even to this day January 16, 2021 your phone still doesn’t pick up and I still can’t get any clear response so my original stance an opinion still stands

Fantastic experience: I had taken an IELTS test here.It was a great experience.The administrator and all the staff were very kind, helpful and clear with their instructions. The test was conducted in an organized manner and the test center was very clean. Will definitely go back here if I take a test again in the future!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been studying here for almost one year now! Last year, when I changed of school Calista and Shani were very helpful with my process. After Nicole (from Boston) took over the direction of Talk Atlanta (due to Covid 19), everything can be solved easily. She is very fast in answering emails, solving our questions and concerns. She is really interested in helping students. The books are really good and you are not obligated to buy them at school. The school counts with an area to socialize during the breaks and also it has an area to have lunch (with fridge, tables and sink). There is a book shelf where you can get (and return after reading them) some interesting books. Rooms are very cleaned and organized, they keep around 12/15 students per class (in person class). There’s a mix of students from different countries, what is nice to make friends and practice your speaking.

Instead of apologizing for bad experience at your facility and promising to work on your weak sides, you chose to attack and deny :) I don’t wish to provide you any of my personal details, but I can tell that the problem of this school is poor management and not teachers. The important one is a quality of work that the director provides. First of all, they fired a professional teacher in the middle of the TOEFL session and hired a teacher who had NO IDEA about TOEFL. I came there to get prepare for TOEFL. There was NOTHING about TOEFL and the director was absolutely helpless. I couldn’t change the school be cause I had paid for the whole session. It felt like WAISTING money and time. Moreover, document’s information they provide me was wrong. My F1 visa was about expired, I asked for information about how to extend it. They told me to go Russian embassy and get a new visa. REALLY?! American visa in Russian embassy? Lol May be TALK schools are good somewhere but for sure not in Atlanta with that quality of administration work. No way I recommend this school to someone who really wants learning English.

Negative experience: First of all, the school is just for people who are not planning to work hard because the classes are not organized at all there is no book for reading or writing, the teachers some of them are good and most of them are not prepared no homeworks boring activities most of the activities inside the school it’s not worth it , it’s a lot cheaper than the price that you are paying find a better school that’s worth your money and time.

Negative experience: I had been in this school 7 months. It’s easy to pass the levels where I didn’t know anyone who failed in some levels. They have only one book for each level, so they don’t have book for the reading and book for the listening...etc. I will recommend this school for the people who don’t want to work hard where you will not get a lot of homework.

Negative experience: First of all, these all 5star positive reviews are not true. The director is begging students to leave 5star how funny it is! This school doesn’t deserve 5star. The quality of administration work is far from excellent! They don’t know anything. The director doesn’t care about students at all. She asked my classmate to pay her tuition in front of everybody !! Student felt extremely embarrassed. I didn’t feel comfortable with the administration like that, I’m happy I’ve changed the school.

Negative experience: Worst admin in here. including me there were 9 families struck in their basement parking lot and the machine near the parking exit stopped working from noon. One person from their center took me inside the IELTS center to speak with admin. I am explaning that i just came to drop my wife and not able to take the car out. He kept saying i dont control the parking and asks me reach out to parking ppl, which he is not aware who they are. No numbers to call for parking. And started saying in the first instance you should not be inside the center.And says i am getting aggressive. Very rude admin to run the center. Change the admin if he not aware of the building in which he is working. What if a fire accident happens and he say that it not part of my job?

Negative experience: Please do not schedule the IELTS exam at this centre. The scores will not be displayed online. I requested them to simply let IELTS know about the issue but they rudely reply that it's not their responsibility that the score is not displayed. No one asked them for a resolution but just to let IELTS know that there is an issue. The only option was to travel to ATL pay another $30 to get a hard copy. Though they confirmed that one hard copy was mailed, they did not have a tracking number to track the package. The administrator would not share his supervisor's details. Update: the issue was resolved after getting in touch with IELTS IDP. Please check with the management if they would be willing to reach out to IELTS before scheduling a test. Just to play safe.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't be more pleased with this IELTS center. Don't let a few vindictive people turn you off - really don't understand why some people blame the messenger in this case. I learned a lot, enjoyed my class and teachers and left with a successful score. It saddens me that a few with a grudge can drag this place down. It really is such a nice place.

Negative experience: This is a terrible place to take an IELTS test. please note that I took an IELTS test on August 18 2018, and after 2 weeks, i should be able to check my test result online, not only me, but the other candidates as well, we can not verify our test result online, TALK didn't upload our scores to IELTS website. when i tried to call IELTS, they said it's TALK test center's duty to do this. but TALK didn't do it, so far, i never get any answer or solution from TALK Center in Atlanta. the man works there name Fredrick Park, didn't even try to help. he paste the answer claim that they have upload our score, but where his attitude is not trying to figure out why we can not check our score online, but kick this problem back to IELTS. be careful if you want to take an IELTS test here, because you may not have a valid IELTS test result to use for applying anything. it's so terrible to take a test here. especially the man Fredrick , he is just not working to help us at all!!! if i can give him less than one star, i will, this one star is not for you , Fredrick , it's for other ppl who that day helped at the test center. It should be your job to help us to figure out why we can not check our score on IELTS website, but u didn't, you are so incompetent. i hope someone read this could contact me to help us. all of us, 20 candidates, still can not check our scores after almost 3 weeks after the test!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have made a better choice. Very nice school, good localization (near a transit station), nice people studying there. My teacher, Jonathan is a great guy and makes all his students have a good experience.

Negative experience: zero start will be the most deserving score for this IELTS center. Unexperienced staffs, they were having trouble in taking identity photographs even. The most important they are so irresponsible that they not even care to publish the IELTS results online. You will keep calling IELTS and this center and both will point fingers over each other that its there responsibility. Its now more than 18 days and our entire batch haven't received the score neither online nor in physical mail box. One more personal experience, if something happens during the IELTS actual test, they will not help you to fix that problem, so be prepared for that. It means no complains are accepted neither during the test nor after the test is over or even after you left the center. Poor experience. :(

Fantastic experience: Thé Teacher and classmates are really friendly. So i studied english for only two weeks but i could enjoy learning english in Atlanta
