Negative experience: I didn’t get my results for about a month!!!!

We appreciate your honest feedback and are sorry to hear about your experience. Results are out 13 days after the test. That day we send the envelopes with the results. USPS takes an additional 8 to 10 business days to deliver. We also offer an expedited 3-day delivery for an additional fee. Thank you again.

Negative experience: Confusing address and rude staff. 2 buildings with the same address (3501, Suite 3) exist on maps. My wife applied for the exam today and i wanted to wait in a waiting area. Went inside to ask one of the staffs and i was welcomed with frowns everywhere. I asked if i could wait for my wife in a waiting area to one of the staff mid age lady. Instead of replying she screamed someone else's name and asked why she forgot to lock the door. They can at least be polite. Before teaching others language skills, they need to take basic manners test!. I left and and I'm waiting outside...
