Negative experience: No se inscriban es UCEDA es la peor academia de inglés de Orlando. Te ofrecen profesores certificados y 100% americanos lo cual es mentira y por otro lado la mayoría de los alumnos se comportan como niños de preescolar, hay que mandarlos a hacer silencio cada 5 min, comen snacks dentro del salón, interrumpen hablando toda la clase y le faltan el respeto a los profesores. Y lo peor de todo es que solicité el reembolso del dinero que pagué para registrarme en la academia para aprender inglés y me dijeron que no me lo van a devolver, es decir, me robaron el dinero que pagué por reclamar mi derecho a recibir un servicio de calidad profesional que no existe y no prestan. NO PAGUEN POR ESTÁ PÉSIMA ACADEMIA DE INGLÉS.

Negative experience: No la recomiendo: 1. Es muy desordenada. 2. No tienen buenos profesores. 3. No son empáticos. 4. Debes pagar por tus vacaciones. 5. Las personas de la recepción no saben nada de servicio al cliente, usualmente cuelgan las llamadas, son groseras. 6. Si te quieres ir debes pagar una multa. 7. Es una escuela para aprender inglés, y ni las recepcionistas saben hablar bien el inglés, muy pobre. 8. Es un problema para que te contesten los correos. Por favor piensen bien esto y analicen cuál es su mejor opción.

Fantastic experience: I recommend UCEDA 100%, the teachers are very good, the staff are very friendly and they help you with literally everything you need.

Negative experience: This program is a joke. During a one week period a couple of weeks ago Classes consisted of watching the same movie 3 times because teachers didn't show up. This evening students wanted to leave because there is not a teacher and the receptionist locked the door so people could not leave and proceeded to threaten reporting to ICE. This program does nothing more than capitalize on immigrants in our community whom are just trying to follow legal requirements. You should all be ashamed.

Negative experience: Tive meu visto de estudante aprovado e daria inicio as aulas no mes de outubro. Ao contactar a escola, perguntei sobre o prazo de pagamento, para inicio das aulas. A gestora da Unidade escolhida, me respondeu o e-mail afirmando que a data para pagamentos se dá 1 semana antes do inicio das aulas. o que no meu caso seria dia dia 05/10. Mas para a minha surpresa, o pagamento foi descontado dia 21/09, sem nenhum aviso prévio da escola. Quando entrei em contato com eles, para que o pagamento fosse estornado, a manager da unidade foi EXTREMAMENTE grosseira e gritava comigo ao telefone, como se eu fosse a filhinha dela. Eu pedi para que ela baixasse seu tom de voz, mas na verdade ela só o aumentou mais. Agora, estou tentando AINDA cancelar o pagamento da mensalidade que foi cobrado indevidamente, e me transferir para outra escola, mas a mesma senhora que cobrou errado, nao passa informaçoes corretas e ainda é grosseira, quer me obrigar a fazer 1 mes de aula nesta escola. Estou frustrada, pois o que era para ser uma otima experiencia no exterior, se tornou um pesadelo, onde estou tendo que buscar informaçoes sobre direito do consumidor por aqui, para resolver esta situação. Eu nao recomendo. Nao se matriculem nesta unidade, caso queiram ter um periodo de estudo tranquilo e amigavel.

Negative experience: Estoy muy interesada en estudiar ingles en Orlando por lo que me dedique a buscar academia quería cerca a mi casa y la más cerca es Uceda de metro west en la cual me dispuse averiguar con mucho ánimo y con sorpresa me encontré con una muy mala atención desde que entre al sitio me atendió una persona que estába en recepción Marcela demasiado displeciente creo que no debería atender gente y si desde el inicio la atención es así no me imagino después, esta fue mi razón porque desisto de estudiar allá. Prefiero otro centro de idiomas en donde el solo averiguar por el curso sea importante ya que será un posible estudiante.
