Fantastic experience: Overall Excellent. Affordable price for Locals, friendly and professional staff, their classes meet expectations. I enjoy learning English here, the teacher maintains the students interest and motivates them to learn and practice.

Fantastic experience: Great school! The teaching method is effective, and the teachers are polite, well prepared, and highly competent. The facilities are adequate, clean, and well organized. The staff is also wonderful, my special thanks to Nadyr, who always answered my questions and was present both during the enrollment process and the transfer. Unfortunately, due to the distance, I had to transfer, but the school was fair and did not charge any additional fees, unlike many other institutions. I highly recommend this learning center, and I hope to return soon!

Negative experience: super mal todo ... las secretarias nunca pero nunca dan una correcta informacion desde hace 3 meses estoy tratando de empezar unas clases de level 1 y siempre estan mintiendo a la gente que fecha empezamos lo peor de todo que a otra muchacha le pasa lo mismo y las 3 mujeres que trabajan en el desk dan una informacones falsas !!!! unas mas que la otra ..... obvio ellas lo van a negar !!!! pero preferible que vallan a otro lugar mas serio !!! una pena !! de esa manera no se puede trabajar serio

We are going through a difficult time because of COVID-19, but the school changed the classes to online classes. We practice writing and speaking a lot through exercises. I am improving my English vocabulary very much.

A partir do momento que você entra na escola ou em qualquer estabelecimento você tem que ser tratada como CLIENTE OU FUTURO CLIENTE. Pessoa mal educada ao extremo e atendimento nível zero. Perderam um cliente por falta de atendimento.

É indiscutível a forma profissional, diligente, eficiente, cortês e amável com que ela tratou duma questão bastante delicada pela qual passamos recentemente. Primeiramente nos tranquilizando e passando as diretrizes necessárias para a resolução do problema. Profissionais assim são a diferença para o sucesso de qualquer empresário. Firstly by reassuring us and passing the necessary guidelines for solving the problem. Professionals like this are the difference to the success of any business owner. (I have been studying here for almost 2 years and I must say that it is very good, I learned a lot of grammar and in the advanced classes we are already reading and talking about United States history and about famous writers and discussing each topic in classes. Teachers become your friends and I think I've won good friends studying there.)
