Shepherd School of Language in Las Vegas

Fantastic experience: I’m a Shepherd student and I’m having a great experience there. The teacher and all the team is very nice. Israel is a great person that is there to help us and I just have good things to say about the school. Feel free to improve your English or start at beginner (like me ☺️) they have everything for you.

Negative experience: Had a test booked today. I took the day off work, paid for child care, drove all the way over there. Went up to the building and there was a closed sign they are testing their fire alarms. They sent no email l, no phone call, I knocked on the door and got a shoulder shrug from the bald guy with a long beard. This place does not respect their customers time or money. People do not get infinite vacation time and I had to pay a babysitter for my children and they could not be bothered to tell me they were closed or schedule their fire alarms for a day or time without people testing. This place deserves to go out of business. I am here 46 minutes after my test was scheduled and still have no phone call or email from them to tell me my test was not happening. I will be telling everyone I go to college with and work with and I ask everyone else to do the same. If you can book your test anywhere else do so.

Fantastic experience: I have been to three different language schools in Las Vegas. As a result, I think SSL is the best language school of them. They have good curriculums and nice teachers. I strongly want to recommend SSL!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best ESL schools in Las Vegas. I have been studying in SSL for six months and I have had a great experience here. They get reading writing speaking class and the enrichment class is my favorite. These nice teachers give me lots of fun and knowledge during these days. I love all my classmates and teachers, especially Brian who's my best teacher in my reading class. I will highly recommend ssl is the best choice for foreign students in Vegas. Roger

Fantastic experience: It was early summer when I first started to study in SSL Las Vegas Campus. Back then I was little apprehensive about new environments and people. But looking back, It has been great pleasure to study in SSL. Fortunately I met this school and teachers led me to proper way to English skill. By managing classes well, they created a positive and organized learning environment. Every staffs and teachers there also had enabled students to study hard and enjoy class at the same time. How they feel,,, How they think,,, What makes them inconvenient,,, As for me, I felt they were putting high priority on all about student friendly environments. It was good opportunity to study in SSL. And wish everyone meet good language school like SSL. As a language school in USA, SSL is one of good school for the students from non English speaking countries.

Fantastic experience: I have been studying in this school for 5 months. All the teachers teach us to be easy to understand and interested in English. Teachers are always kind and explain to us when ask a question to best . Our school has good relationship with students and teachers , and it makes me feel like family . I hated English at first and was hard but this school made me want to learn English . I went to other schools, but I’ve never been to such a good place so i thank the school and teachers who gave me this good opportunity! If there is anyone who would like to learn English ,i recommend this school ❤️

Fantastic experience: I’m one of a SSL school student. This school has various courses and cool activities :) Also I learned a lot about ‘Culture’. Students can choose 1 afternoon class, I recognize teacher Brian’s ‘Communication & Culture’ class!

Fantastic experience: As a Teacher at Shepherd School of Language I have had nothing but positive experiences. The curriculum is well thought out, the facility is great, and the administration ensure that things run smoothly.

Negative experience: Scheduled a Praxis in July and they canceled on me just three business days before without any explanation. Super unprofessional. You cannot count on them to adhere to the schedule they themselves choose. I was only in Vegas four days that week and they created so much chaos for me by canceling. Really unforgivable. Do not test here!
