Karen B is who I have been taking classes with and she is patient and genuinely invested in helping her students succeed. Mariana is fantastic and always available to answer any questions. The program is very flexible and offers an excellent way for adult students to learn a new language. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have enjoyed three eight-week sessions of Spanish lessons with our instructor Olga. We came to KS Academy as almost-beginners... We are in our late 70s and look toward learning a new language as a great way to keep our brains working. I had my first brief introduction to Spanish through a community class a few years ago, and my husband had Spanish in high school, over 60 years ago. Our progress has been slow-but-steady and we now have the confidence to speak with native Spanish speakers. I think the structure of the curriculum works very well, and we appreciate Olga's patience and feel that she adjusts sessions according to our needs.

Fantastic experience: KSLA provides an outstanding learning experience. The teachers are knowledgable and expert, class size is small allowing for practice and real-time learning with other students, the weekly class is beneficial and the cost provides the value back to the students. The owner is customer service oriented with open and timely communication exchanged. I researched classes and KSLA provides the best environment for learning.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking weekly group lessons for about six months now and couldn’t be happier. Miguel is a fantastic instructor, and the women in my class make it such a fun, welcoming environment. The two-hour lessons truly fly by. I’ve seen real improvement in my Spanish over these past six months and am excited to see how much more I’ll grow in the months to come. The location easy to get to with plenty of parking, and there’s even a great coffee shop downstairs — perfect for a little treat before class.

Fantastic experience: After 4 years of learning Spanish on Duolingo, I was stuck. I signed up for classes here over a year ago. I look forward to my weekly class, since the instructor is lots of fun, and my classmates have become my friends. When I practice with my colleagues and random strangers, they always tell me I am doing great. This school knows how to teach.

I found Mariana and the KS Language Academy. Luisa, my instructor, has been amazing. The books and process the KS uses truly set you up to learn. My lessons are informative, helpful, supportive and diverse. If you put the time and energy into practicing and doing your homework, you will speak, write, read and communicate in Spanish. Fantastic experience: Yo empecé a tomar clases con Mariana en mayo de 2024 y aprobé mi examen DELE B2 en mayo de 2025. Las clases con Mariana fueron esenciales en mi aprendizaje; sin ella, no habría logrado tanto en tan poco tiempo. Lo que ofrece es un tipo de enseñanza completamente personalizada, capaz de inculcar desde los conceptos básicos hasta los niveles más avanzados. Antes de tomar clases con Mariana, no hablaba nada de español; después de un mes ya podía expresarme con frases y oraciones básicas, y tras tres meses, mantenía conversaciones a nivel conversacional. Si quieres llevar tu español a un nivel más alto, te recomiendo muchísimo tomar clases en esta empresa.

Mariana is enormously patient and perfectly customizes my instruction so it is well-paced for my learning style. I attend both small group and private classes which have made this a really joyful, meaningful journey in speaking better Spanish!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking Spanish classes with Mariana at KS Language Academy and I couldn’t recommend it more. I do the group classes and they are 2 hours — the 2 hours fly by! We do lots of conversations, textbook work, and she brings in some real world articles for us to read and discuss!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience with KS Language Academy thus far. I've been taking Spanish lessons since March of this year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've had the pleasure of meeting with both Luisa and Mariana. Luisa is my primary instructor, and I meet with her on a weekly basis. The classes are a combination of speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. For scheduling reasons, I later moved to private lessons. Through many years together, I progressed from knowing nothing to being comfortable in conversation with native speakers and able to read news and other items in Spanish. By my count, I learned from 6 different instructors over as many years there, and all were excellent. Fantastic experience: This Learning Center is Great for all levels of people wanting to improve their Spanish Skills. Like most people I took 2 years in HS. When I came here I couldn't speak much Spanish at all .It has been 16 Months and I have been to 3 Spanish Speaking countries and am able to hold conversations and get around with no issue. Small class sizes, and everyone is friendly and eager because we are all in the same level. This class helped me not be afraid to speak Spanish for fear of a bad accent or saying the right words, gave me a community, and allowed me to be more expressive to others. Its not a huge time commitment and not strict on attendance so its great for someone with a lot going on in life. I Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been trying for years to actually learn Spanish. From Rosetta Stone, to apps on my phone, to self study books. Honestly, I was wasting my time. I have learned more in 6 months with KS Academy than I have in the previous 5 years. This isn't some "learn the 5 phrases you'll need on your trip to Mexico" class. This is vocabulary, grammar, conjugation, conversation and REAL learning. When you are serious, they will be ready for you.

When I arrived, I needed intensive classes, which they provided, to prepare for a business trip to Spain.
