UCEDA SCHOOL of Elizabeth, NJ

Fantastic experience: Minha experiência na Uceda School de Elizabeth, NJ tem sido positiva, principalmente pela dedicação dos professores e pelo ambiente acolhedor. A professora da minha turma é muito paciente e explica o conteúdo de forma clara, o que ajuda bastante no aprendizado. Um ponto que observei é que a minha turma já estava em andamento quando entrei, e ainda continuam entrando novos alunos. Muitos colegas latinos comentam que sentem dificuldade porque não viram o conteúdo básico no início, já que entraram depois. Mesmo assim, a professora se esforça para que todos acompanhem e não fiquem perdidos. No geral, recomendo a Uceda School para quem quer aprender inglês com professores atenciosos e um ambiente respeitoso. Ainda estou no processo, mas já percebo evolução.

Negative experience: Look, unfortunately I have to give my point of view about this establishment. If we seek out these establishments it is because we need to be taught to speak English. I had the interview with the person in charge and he seemed like a person who understood the needs of the students, I signed up and the following week I started with my classes and I met a person who explained well what we needed, I passed two levels and everything was fine until one day my teacher had to be absent for personal reasons and sent us another teacher who was also excellent, as I say later she also had to be absent for personal reasons because a relative of hers passed away and those days they sent us a person who did not teach very well and I got bored and left there, the other teacher is a person who does not respect him as a teacher you do not have to say obscene things no matter who the person is and knows how to respect the students, there really are no good people who are capable of being there as teachers and unfortunately I had to leave, The person in charge does not have the expectations that we as students need. He is only governed by what we pay rather than having people who teach well. if I had the opportunity to speak to the owner of that establishment I would do it, this month there are like three people who had to leave there I do not recommend that you be in that establishment.

Negative experience: Pésima experiencia indique que no tenía conocimiento de inglés que quería aprender de lo básico más sin embargo me pusieron en una clase avanzada que no entendí nada donde todo era palabra en inglés fluido hablé con el maestro de la clase le Indique me dijo que no podía hacer nada que aga lo posible por aprender más cuando uno se inscribe te dicen muchas maravillas que fiasco alemenos es lo que me paso en la escuela de Elizabet

Negative experience: pondré una calificación de una estrella porque es lo que me permite Google para realizar el review. no tengo nada positivo para decir sobre esta “escuela” por lo menos no de la sede de Elizabeth NJ, para comenzar quisiera hacerles una sugerencia a los directivos o encargados de esta sede y es que las personas de la recepción no son personas aptas para estar encargados del costumer service de una ESCUELA que DEBE brindar como primera instancia la imagen de responsabilidad y compromiso que es lo que se espera de una INSTITUCIÓN ACADÉMICA, la forma de recibir a los estudiantes o futuros sentados en la sala de espera con los pies sobre las sillas no es la mejor impresión, por ende considero que deberían considerar brindarles un training de protocolo o imagen adicional de la forma adecuada para atender la solicitud de un costumer. quise aplicar un cambio de status F1 y todo el proceso fue un fiasco, empezando con que la comunicación con la persona encargada de estas aplicaciones o no trabaja o tiene un horario reducido en el cual nunca tiene el suficiente tiempo de atender a los solicitantes y responde solamente por Whatsapp. Envié la documentación para iniciar el proceso y para asegurarme que todo estuviera bien lo hice mientras me atendía alguien vía telefónica y para confirmar a donde tenía que enviar un pago del cual no estaba segura de hacer pero la persona que tenía en línea me confirma que si es necesario que lo haga. Al día siguiente de haber realizado todo el proceso otra persona diferente a las otras dos (teléfono y Whatsapp) me escribe que ese pago no debí hacerlo a lo cual le respondo que me digan si me harán mi reembolso, como no es de sorprender no me respondieron nunca, luego tuve que llamar para preguntar que había pasado con mi dinero y me dicen que ellos van a mirar a ver qué pueden hacer. Esto ocurrió el día 26 de septiembre y hoy es 15 de octubre, día en el que no he tenido ninguna respuesta sobre mi dinero. No recomiendo esta escuela, no tienen calidad, ni respeto ni responsabilidad. No confíen sus procesos con estas personas, busquen otras alternativas.

Negative experience: Hello friends, I advise you to carefully consider before registering at Uceda Elizabeth. My spouse and I do not speak English, and when we went to this institution to learn English from scratch, we clearly stated that we did not speak any English. They assured us that a beginner class would start in a month and took a registration fee from us. However, when we returned a month later to start the lessons, we were placed in a very advanced class. We explained that we did not speak any English and found this placement inappropriate. The course official then informed us that they could not open the beginner class due to insufficient enrollment and could not provide a date for when it would start. They mentioned that they would refund our registration fee since the issue was on their end. Unfortunately, despite their promise, we have not received the refund. We were given various reasons for the delay and were asked to wait until more students registered. Since time is precious for us, we decided to enroll in another school, where we started learning very quickly and are very satisfied. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Uceda Elizabeth.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience, very helpful people, they explain all the process and I can move from NJ to Orlando with out problems.

Negative experience: Todas sus clases son hablar de paseos ò ir de paseo

Negative experience: The worst experience ever! I’ve been studying at Uceda School Elizabeth since February, they changed the teacher many times without specific reason without consider our needs, they don’t care about the students!!! They don’t get a long with us, the front desk girl doesn’t know how to answer our questions, responses from WhatsApp take too long time. I did the complaint form and nobody answered me! I feel like we are here just to pay and that’s it!

Negative experience: Estuve en una de sus escuelas )Elizabeth NJ)para información y no hay nadie capacitado para ello, la chica de recepción muy fría y con pocas ganas de público, te dan un número para que escribas x WhatsApp’s y luego te dirigen a su pagina en internet, nadie que te hable de lo te interesa y ojo lo que vas a pagar… no dudo que existan buenos profesores pero el empezar es bien decepcionante, provoca buscar (en mi caso) otra escuela donde puedas sentirte más seguro sobre lo que buscas

Fantastic experience: UCEDA school in Elizabeth has a lot of teachers from multiple language backgrounds. They are very welcoming to new students with different levels of English understanding.
