Negative experience: My experience at this institute was very disappointing. There is a clear inconsistency in pricing—some students pay around $350, while new students are charged over $1,000 per month, which feels unfair and misleading. The institute itself is old and poorly maintained. The teaching quality is weak, with little focus on writing and reading skills. Classes and exams often feel random and unstructured. What made the experience worse is that even if you are absent for valid reasons, such as a hospital excuse, they may still refuse to issue your certificate upon graduation. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I do not recommend this institute to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Today it’s my graduation, and I’m feel so happy with this momento and help. CLA have a good location, good teatchers. 4 weeks isn’t enough for enjoy all the opportunities.

Negative experience: My experience with CLA in San Diego was disappointing. The student service is terrible — they take forever to reply to emails, and when they do, the information is unclear and incomplete. During the year I studied there, I had one great staff member named Aoi, who was always quick and helpful, but unfortunately, she left the school. When I needed to transfer, CLA refused to refund the amount I had already paid. It took them over a month just to calculate the refund, and they still tried to deduct unfair fees, even though I paid before the due date and left before the term ended. Thankfully, since I paid with my credit card, I managed to solve the issue through my bank. Professor Sean is amazing — kind, professional, and truly cares about his students. Unfortunately, the administrative side of CLA showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Mimo, że nie rozpoczęłam nauki w tej szkole (musiałam przeprowadzić się do innego stanu) to mogę gorąco polecić każdemu kto myśli o nauce angielskiego w San Diego. Bardzo sprawnie przebiegł cały proces związany z dokumentami , a administracja była bardzo pomocna i sprawnie odpowiadała na maile. Jeden z pracowników mówi nawet kilka słów po polsku więc jest to super atrakcja i miły dodatek dla wszystkich Polaków rozważających naukę w tej placówce!
