Fantastic experience: As an older learner, I was initially nervous about starting a new language. I have now completed two classes, and I highly recommend Indianapolis Spanish Place! The instructors are knowledgeable native speakers who create a welcoming, encouraging environment that makes learning feel natural. The small class sizes, engaging activities, and supportive atmosphere have made each session both fun and genuinely valuable. I’m excited to continue my learning journey and can’t wait for my next class!

Fantastic experience: I read the reviews before I enrolled, and now having had four different instructors through them, I agree that everyone who said 'it depends on the teacher' was correct. Some are very organized and experienced, others a little less so, but the owner Diana is very engaged in the students' experiences and very communicative, so if you're not happy you can always talk to her. She does a fantastic job running it and you can tell she really cares! So sure, maybe you get a teacher you don't like, but you can talk to Diana and get your class switched very easily if so. And honestly all the instructors I had I liked just fine, but they do vary in method. For language classes, it's quite affordable too.

Fantastic experience: I have taken 3 sessions of classes so far at Indianapolis Spanish Place and highly recommend it. They have online and in-person options, and emphasize learning Spanish as rapidly as possible through speaking, reading, listening, and writing - even from Beginner 1! I think it can be very challenging if you have never learned or spoken another language, but if you need to become conversational for work or your personal life, this is an excellent option.

I love the small class sizes & opportunities to learn in a variety of mediums - conversations, reading stories & articles, audio exercises, textbook exercises, & more. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking Spanish classes for many years and have experienced many types of learning. My experience with Indianapolis Spanish Place has been the most helpful and rewarding of all. It is an immersion class yet the instructor is there to teach, guide and explain through out the class time and is available to answer questions anytime. She is a native Spanish speaker and is familiar with learning a second language. I highly recommend Indianapolis Spanish Place if you are interested in learning Spanish.

Fantastic experience: Indianapolis Spanish Place is a great place to learn Spanish! I have been taking group classes here for two years and have improved my Spanish enough to comfortably converse in Spanish. I really enjoy the small class sizes because there is plenty of time to practice speaking, as well as listen to the other students in class. Diana is a great teacher and has helped me tremendously in building my confidence in speaking. I highly recommend Indianapolis Spanish Place!

Fantastic experience: I have been taking classes at the Indianapolis Spanish place for almost two years now and I cannot say enough positive things about it! I came to class with an existing knowledge of Spanish from high school, but wanted to increase my ability to speak and comprehend the language. Since starting classes, I’ve also had the chance to travel to Spain, Mexico, and South America where I exclusively spoke and navigated in Spanish. I would not have felt comfortable enough to do this had it not been for the instruction I’ve received from the Indianapolis Spanish Place. Along with great language instruction, I’ve also made some great friends!

Negative experience: I tried to call the owner to see taking private lessons I paid 280.00 It's a rip off don't come here since they can't respond to my call I don't want to get rip off it's too much money to waist take ur money else where or do it on ur own

Fantastic experience: I have been taking classes here for over a year, and I love it! The teachers are very fun and knowledgeable. I love that the learning is focused on being able to communicate and feel comfortable with reading, listening to, and speaking Spanish, not on perfection. Instructors are patient and have a variety of teaching techniques to make learning fun.

Negative experience: Their classes are not geared for somebody who doesn't know any Spanish it is a waste of money. I did a class and I was so intimidated that we were reading sentences on the first day for a beginner. If you don't know any Spanish please don't waste your money, word of advise.

Fantastic experience: I am currently taking my 4th session at ISP. I have had 2 different teachers and both were amazing! I love the small class sizes and it’s a really good price for the individual attention you receive! I appreciate that they are following COVID guidelines and making sure each student is comfortable with the changes in place.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Indianpolis Spanish Place for almost a year and completely enjoy the classes. The teacher is extremely patient and very good. I would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in learning Spanish. They have several class options for different skill levels so you can learn ar your own pace.

Negative experience: Doesn’t even deserve one star! Very disappointed. Signed up for an in person immersion class. When signed up the protocol called for a small in person class that will encourage mask wearing. Was a little upset when there was a required question about whether or not we were vaccinated. Low and behold an email came later that they are planning on splitting the classes to online and in person, vaccinated people. There wasn’t enough room for the online class, so then they just said the immersion in person class can’t be taken without a vaccine because they want to be maskless. No other options were explored, or even mentioned. So sad that there is this discrimination in the world still.

Fantastic experience: The teacher there is amazing, she has all the patience in the world and more importantly she makes the classes fun.
