Fantastic experience: 我想问一下，我是中国人，没有英文基础，可以学习吗？你们是否收费，怎么收费的，课程是如何安排的，I would like to ask, I am Chinese and have no English foundation, can I study? Do you charge, how do you charge, how are the courses arranged?

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, they charged me double for a ladder of almost 200 dollars on Saturday, they did not resolve anything over the phone, I go on Sunday and they tell me to come on Monday to check the cameras, it is not recommended to buy here, they waste my time... They have no order with the price stickers, when I go to pay it turns out that the product is more expensive

Positive experience: I studied in this center in 2015. Lots of thanks to the following teachers: Josh, Brian Francis, Kathy Jackson. They really know how to teach English as a second language.

Positive experience: The centre is very okay but I am not too pleased with the speaking examiners. My experience is that speaking test is graded low at the centre or probably it has to do with the examiner I met. My first attempt at the exam, I had a 7 in speaking and the second attempt which was better prepared for, I had 6.5 with 8 in other subjects.

Negative experience: This is for international students who may be looking for an English center to prepare themselves for the TOEFL exam for US college acceptance. This is a highly unethical place for both teaching employees and ELS students. When I worked there years ago, it was not uncommon for management to alter grades to hold students back for more profit. Its reputation is bad with most Indiana universities, so most won’t accept the center’s certification. Avoid at all costs. Cheers.
