Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Language On Brickell! The school helped me improve my English so much, and the environment is very welcoming and supportive. One of the best parts was the people. I made incredible friends from different countries, which made the whole experience even more special. Also, Fatima is an incredible professional! Fantastic experience: I really like this language school! The teachers are very kind and professional, and the classes are fun and easy to follow. I’ve learned a lot and improved my English much faster than I expected. I definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn a new language.

Negative experience: Me han recomendado la escuela por sus excelentes profesores. Pero lamentablemente la atención al cliente aparentemente es manejada por una sola persona llamada Omar y es realmente muy mala su atención. Tuve una muy mala experiencia a diferencia de la atención que recibí en otras escuelas similares de Miami por el mismo medio WhatsApp. Me entrrr que esta misma situación le pasó a otra persona de Argentina, el Sr Omar responde las consultas por WhatsApp con mala actitud, poca voluntad de ayudar a responder tus dudas, es cortante y ni siquiera lee las preguntas porque responde con otra información a la que uno le solicita. Luego menciona que el es el Jefe de ventas desde hace 15 años y persiste con la mala atención. Además pareciera tener un problema con los ciudadanos argentinos según sus palabras. Intente que me atendieran otras personas pero aparentemente es el único que responde en esa escuela. Una pena realmente si la escuela depende de esa persona. Espero solucionen y mejoren el servicio de atención al cliente al menos con los latinos.

Fantastic experience: I have been studying at the Brickell branch for 1 year. I have had classes with excellent teachers who are not only professional but also good people like Susan, Alex and Stanley. The classes have a dynamic environment where you can give your opinions and discuss about different real-life topics. Both the book and the final exam per level take into account the 4 skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Also you can meet people from different countries and it makes it a multicultural learning experience. Lastly, I consider that learning a language will not only depend on the school but on your commitment as a student.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having the best time at this school. The staff is wonderful. They are always looking out for you and asking how you are doing. Even if you have any questions they are always willing to resolve it. I love this place. The energy there is the best. Fatima is the most wonderful woman. Fantastic experience: I’ve been studying at Language On for a year now and super recommend this school. Fatima and the teachers are great and they helped me a lot on improving my English. My speaking and writing skills improved a lot since I got here so I’m really happy with the results so far.

Fantastic experience: Language On is a very good school, with excellent teachers who provide personalized follow-up and use an interactive methodology. Their English courses are of a very high level, and I have truly learned a lot of English here. I am very happy with Language On. The director, Fatima, is a very kind person, always attentive to the students, ensuring they feel comfortable and helping with anything we need.

Negative experience: I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL. I enrolled in the 2-week Business English course, which promised a semi-intensive program with both group and private classes. The truth is that there isn't a structured course for the 2-week students. The teacher reads about one page from the book each day, and the rest of the time (9:30 AM to 12:45 PM) is spent on random discussions, such as where to get your nails done. There is no methodology followed by the professor to ensure student learning. I tried speaking with Fatima, the school director, to request a refund, but she said the school’s policy does not allow refunds. I explained to her that there were no actual classes and that I wasn’t learning or being challenged. The classes are together with a group that has been attending for a while, and must of the students are only interested in signing the attendance sheet to meet student visa requirements. Instead of offering a refund, she offered free private classes. I intend to pursue my rights because I paid for a course, but all we had were informal conversations and 10% was about doing some exercises on the book. I’ve recorded the classes because I was totally frustrated. Bad experience and lot of money wasted.

Im brazillian but they treated me so well, we have field trips and ps5 to play at break time, they treat you like family and any question will be answered in minutes by Fatima in the best way as possible!

Negative experience: Do not trust this school. Language On Miami School has incredibly incompetent operations! I signed up my girlfriend and the first day we were told to attend the school, no one was there due to Spring Break. We were told by the person on the school's phone number to come back next week. Also, on a side note, there were three other people there that day thinking it was their first day of class too! They left in disgust when they realized the school was closed. When we returned next week there was no teacher and no one knew who we were! They took our money, we signed their contract, we were in touch with them across WhatApps for two months prior, and when it came time for the classes to start, it was a complete operational failure!! This is the worst run business I've ever experienced in my life. When we were at the school trying to figure out what was going on, only two teachers were there. A teacher called the School Director, "Francisca Ferreras", who had no clue who we were and could care less, and refused to speak with me. She hung up on the teacher, did not answer any follow up calls by the teacher that day, nor did she EVER call me back. I asked for a refund, and was told it would come the next day. To date, I have no refund! The school is an actual train wreck, a total dumpster fire! IMO, their reviews are completely fake, this is how the school is actually run. DO NOT GO THERE! They do not care!!

Após passar por 4 escolas de inglês me senti imensamente desapontado com as escolas encontradas, devido ao péssimo método de ensino e o tratamento dado aos estudantes. Estava começando a acreditar que este era o padrão aqui, até que um amigo me indicou a Language On. Confesso que fui um pouco incrédulo, porém, desde o primeiro atendimento percebi que era diferente. Fui muito bem atendido pela Carolina e pela diretora Fátima que foram super cordiais e educadas. Iniciei com o visto F1 e depois optei por continuar no colégio, até quando não precisava do visto. Se você não conhece as escolas em Miami e está na dúvida em qual entrar, vá para a Language On! Você pode até encontrar alguma outra que seja um pouco mais barata (não muito), entretanto, você vai gastar seu dinheiro sem ter o aprendizado em inglês. Quando se der conta, você terá perdido meses e ainda estará preso em um método arcaico e robótico. A Language On realmente prepara você para o dia a dia, com aulas reais de conversação e debates para entreter e ensinar todos os estudantes de forma prática. Ressalto que não recebi nada para escrever este comentário aqui, sou ex-aluno, e acredito que está é a melhor forma de ajudar futuros alunos (que assim como eu no passado), estavam em dúvida de qual escola escolher! Enfim, deixo aqui o meu muito obrigado a Diretora Fátima e a Carolina!

Fantastic experience: I can't be more happy to have found this school when I decided to study English. My first impression was so nice. The staff at Language On are very friendly and kins. The directors care for all students. They are always willing to help. The environment is warm, teacher are very dedicated and well prepared I always felt comfy in class. Negative experience: The teacher would not show-up, they would not let me know in advance. They made me pay for a registration fee and after a couple of classes they had no problem in stating they will not be able to continue providing the classes. A registration fee is meant to be paid for recurring services, that they were not able to serve. I would never recommend this place. I guess they are more interested in issuing student visas that serving their mission as a language center.

With an amazing staff LANGUAGE ON provides not only really interactive and high quality classes with well prepared teachers. They truly make you have your best life experience. Fantastic experience: Ha sido la única escuela que fue capaz de responder todas mis dudas respecto al tema de visa y estadía, de manera clara y concisa. Los profesores son otro gran plus todos muy agradables y didácticos a la hora de enseñar. Además siempre hay espacios para compartir con los otros estudiantes (bbq, pizza y sobretodo café) y practicar mas ingles.

Fantastic experience: BEST SCHOOL EVER! Best prices on Brickell and very convenient location! I have been studying in this school for a long time and I learn something new everyday, teachers are very patient and prepared. I have improved my English so much, when I started here I was barely understanding the language but now I speak English fluently! All staff is super helpful, they help you with all your paperwork since the beginning and with every single thing that you need. School Director Scott always keep an eye on everything and he has been the one that has help me the most!. This school is a perfect place to make friends because from staff to students everyone has a very nice and cool vibe. You get to know people and cultures from all over the world. The school does lots of outdoor activities which are super fun (I love their BBQs!).

She not only introduced me to the language but she also inspired me to pursue further studies into Graduate school. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Negative experience: So my nephew came for a couple of month to study in Language on, overall he didn't like the classes that much. He always came home complaining about the teacher and the program. So I had to transfer him to another school.

Fantastic experience: I had the privileged of being a student at Language on for 8 months and l highly recommend it. The school works efficiently since everybody is driven and their teachers are engage to help the students basically with everything that they need. Also the location plays a major role because is situated on Brickell which it is an urban area from Miami.

Fantastic experience: I fell in love with LanguageOn School since I entered the first day there. I didn’t know which school I could choose among 3 different schools. The LanguageOn was the last one I came to visit. And since first seconds I already felt myself comfortable, like at home. Everybody was so friendly to me, and the feeling was they really love me and I felt them. I had an amazing experience of learning English for all 6months. Every day I was coming home (LanguageOn) so happy! Every lesson was very interesting, so special and everyday was like a new challenge on the way of improvement!!! We had a lot of different and so amazing exercises. And lessons were felt like a game which you enjoyed to play again n again! I really recommend LOM to my friends. There is not other school in Miami to learn the language better Language On. Another good thing is that if you can not go to their location the teacher go where you are office, home or you just set the place or time you would like. Fantastic experience: I have been studying at this school since I started in the middle of level 2, now I'm in the beginning of level 5. I'm very proud with the fact of how much I improved my English, sometimes I can't believe how powerful and ready I am to do everything That I need to do. The First time I felt realized was when I went to the doctor cause I planned to stop wearing glasses and start to use contacts lenses, believe it or not I did it perfectly without any help, despite the fact the doctor was a native English speaker, this day I felt incredible, with my English! The most important situation I have gone through was when I visited the future school of my son, cause he was going to start in kindergarten. In order to enjoy with other parents with the same intention, we planned a trip to know everything about that school. In the beginning I was worried because we started in a auditorium where the director would explain everything for all of us, and I needed to understand everything about the rules and expectations. One more time the director was a native English speaker too, we listened to her for 40 minutes, when she finished the presentation, I felt very proud for understanding everything she said, for me it was unexpected. After that I'm ready to support all my family in everything they need me, to able to communicate in English. If you have big expectations about learning English, come here and enjoy with us!!! I'm so thankful for this opportunity at language On Brickell.
