In fact, my very first conversation with Angela was in Italian. From the beginning, I need to say, she was like a mother to all of us students and supported us throughout the entire learning process. After almost three years of studying there, I am proud of how much my English improved. Thanks to the knowledge and confidence I gained at Lingua, I was able to enroll in a master’s degree program. I’m very grateful to the entire Lingua team and teachers for their patience, support, and dedication. Experiencia fantástica: The best school ever! Amazing teachers all around. My Level 7 teacher, Ellen, is incredibly sweet and kind. She explains everything so clearly and always comes to class fully prepared, giving us extra examples to help us understand how to write properly. Ben taught my Ecard classes—he made them super fun and always cared about our pronunciation, correcting us gently and teaching in a very supportive way. Richard is my Business class teacher. His classes are always interactive, and he truly makes an effort to ensure everyone understands the material. I also had a great experience with the administrative staff—everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The teachers don’t just teach with dedication—they truly engage in our learning process, and that makes all the difference. I especially want to highlight Diana, Brad, Ben, and Ellen, who are, without a doubt, excellent grammar teachers. Each of them has a unique and clear way of explaining things, making even complex topics easy to understand.And if there was something that truly made a key difference in my learning, it was the experience in the conversation classes, where Ash and Brad stood out as the best. Ash’s contagious energy and his ability to make us feel comfortable speaking, combined with Brad’s passion and his approachable teaching style, made every class not only productive but also fun and motivating. Thanks to them, I gained confidence in expressing myself in English, lost the fear of making mistakes, and felt—for the first time—that I could really communicate fluently. Still, what truly made this experience special was the human side. In that sense, Heydi stands out in an extraordinary way. Her warmth, availability, and ability to listen and support students were fundamental for me. No matter how busy she is, she always has a smile, a kind word, or a solution. Heydi is, without a doubt, the heart of this school. Her calling to help is obvious and deeply felt. I leave Lingua with a heart full of gratitude, with new goals, unforgettable friendships, and a confidence in myself that I didn’t have when I started.

Experiencia negativa: False advertisement. Claims to have open French classes on their site so I requested more information. It took them over a month to respond to my multiple emails only to inform me they don't have French. "As an alternative my I offer you English or Spanish?". How is that an alternative to help me learn French?

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience. I’ve paid for a 4week course in person and received online classes for 3weeks. Problems with internet connection and cockroaches in the class (unbelievable!!!). There are other schools that truly value learning English and the well-being of their students. Lingua only seems interested in making money.

They have a terrible customer service. the representative Angela Luciente, offer me different types of programs and take advantage of my interest on start classes as soon as possible and then when i contact to enroll asking for a call she didnt call me back, she answer the mail saying that they didnt have classes on the weekend offering me a personalized class. HOW WOULD I TAKE A CLASS OF THEM? they are not interested on the students needs at all. I REALLY DONT RECOMEND THIS. and probably i wont be a user of this.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm in an adult night language coarse I began last week in the new Southwest Ranches ranch location. I just love this school. It has proven to be better than I expected. My instructor is amazing, met school owner and she's wonderful. Never imagined I'd have the opportunity to study portuguese on a neighbors ranch in my own town of SWR! Its a dream of a school and I can old imagine how great it is for the kids programs as well. They offer so much for the children and its so needed these days to give kids great programs like this school offers!
