Fantastic experience: Pascale is the best French tutor I have come across. She is a native speaker but has resided in the US for a long time so it is easy to discuss cultural issues with her. She completely personalized the lesson plan to reflect my level and needs, with an emphasis on speaking and understanding. I asked her to only speak French with me and to not let me slip into English, and she did! Pascale is a patient and practical teacher, and very easy to get along with; sometimes we just talk about life. She even helped me with a detailed itinerary for a city I am going to visit in France. The fact that she is available both in studio and online has been an enormous benefit. I have seen a significant improvement in my French and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Such a fun way to learn French! My 8yo daughter wanted to learn French and I was nervous she was going to feel overwhelmed with grammar and having to sit still after school. Fantastic experience: I wanted to learn a little French before my trip to Paris. I needed something virtual but wanted live classes with an instructor. After researching, I found Top French Class. I contacted the website, and Pascale replied within an hour. She was the first to respond and the most personable. We set up an intro Zoom so she could understand what I was looking for. It was apparent that Pascale wasn’t just teaching French; she was French. I wound up booking eight private classes on the spot. She customized the content to what I was looking for. Pascale had me review the unique sounds that certain letter combinations make. We reviewed reading menus and ordering food, getting around Paris via the Metro, and how to ask if I may take photographs. (Est-ce que je peux prendre des photos dans le musée?) I also wanted to learn the French alphabet, review numbers, and tell the time. Top French Class is excellent. Pascale is an excellent teacher, and I am thrilled to have found her!!!!

She is encouraging and creates a welcoming and safe space to learn for people of all ages: children to adults…she is patient and if I make a mistake, she immediately has examples to re-teach me a lesson and learn from my mistakes on the spot… Pascale knows how important it is to constantly use/speak the language, even when just learning, in order to become conversational…She is absolutely delightful; she has dynamic curriculum options, and can customize to your goals. I have taken classes from her for years in person and online. You won’t find a better French teacher anywhere in the world!

Fantastic experience: Pascale is an exceptional instructor! I have worked with her on-line for over 4 years with a recurring one hour weekly session. She is literate with numerous French resources, both published and on-line, including news channels and educational resources, that she uses to supplement her training. I was seeking a native French speaker with educational experience who would improve my spoken French. We typically just speak about current events, film, televison series or events in our lives. She enables students to progressively advance without worrying about making grammatical and pronunciation mistakes - which is key to learning any language. We have also used educational resources including books and news articles and she is now helping me prepare for the DELF exam. Fantastic experience: Our 13 yo daughter takes lessons with Top French. She had attended a French immersion School in San Diego as a first grader and had picked up the language quickly. When we moved to Las Vegas, a similar option was not available. Not wanting her French to atrophy (we are not native speakers) we tried another after school French class but the distance made it difficult for us to attend consistently. Fantastic experience: Pascale has been a blessing in my life the past 5 years. My husband, knowing of my passion for France and its language, found her for me when we were planning a trip to France. Since I was 72 and I had had French in high school and in college, my French was pretty shaky. Several months after starting lessons with Pascale, COVID hit and our trip was canceled. I continued lessons hoping we would go sometime in the future and because I was enjoying them so much. Pascale varied my lessons with French songs which we translated together, stories from French authors and videos of France. She definitely helped me keep my sanity during "lockdown". Fantastic experience: Happy 50th bday to me! Like so many people, it has been my lifelong dream to learn French. Having someone to support you at my level, B1, increases your confidence and comfortability in conversational French. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience so far! Pascale is very good at teaching non-native French speakers Français! She’s VERY patient and most importantly very understanding, if a conflict quickly arises in your personal life and you can’t attend class that day, she always understands although you should let her know a few days in advance if you can. She takes her time with you, with the pronunciation, corrects you if you say a sentence wrong, misspell something, etc. She pays attention to the smallest of details to make sure you’re learning properly, which I always appreciate. She always makes sure you REALLY learned the material as best you can before ending class and has your very best interest in mind. The best part is she lets you chose which day(s) of the week you’d like your classes, and how long. She’s a very kind person et professeur de français overall! 10/10 recommend :)

Fantastic experience: I'm retired now and have tried numerous times every tutoring program known to learn another language and always failed. Pascale's beginner class taught me word structure, pronunciation, vowels, numbers, formal and informal use of the French language in addition to general greetings and responses.
