We would be happy to write a letter for you to give to the American embassy in your country. I am not sure what the requirements are for an institute to be recognized where you are. We could try. However, if it is for a student visa, we are not eligible for offering those, because only full-time study programs can offer visas, and our program is considered part-time. If it is for studying part-time on a tourist visa, we could probably help you with that.

We are very sorry that you experienced that when you entered the building. Everyone deserves a pleasant and welcoming reception. We are a family owned and operated school serving the San Antonio and broader community since 2011, and your sentiments certainly mean a lot to us. We know you must have felt disappointed when you came in on Tuesday afternoon to inquire about the program and unintentionally walked into an ongoing class. While it's true that there is not a staffed separate reception area, we do our best to handle walk-in customers who don't have appointments. Unfortunately, it is not always achievable, which is why we stress the need on our bilingual website to call or submit a Contact Us form to one of our bilingual representatives to schedule your visit and the free, 1-on-1, 1-hour trial class that we give to each and every valued prospective student we work with.

We are sorry, but we have never had anyone named Humberto at this school. However, if you are writing on behalf of Veronica, with whom we spoke this morning at 11:18 am, she signed up for 20 hours of group instruction that was originally scheduled to begin on November 17, 2021, and end on December 29, 2021. The cost for 20 hours of group instruction is $269 dollars. On November 17, 2021, she paid $120 dollars of that amount, leaving a balance of $149 dollars. Then, after being asked, she paid another $100 dollars on December 17, 2021, leaving a balance of $49 dollars. Today is February 1, 2022, and Veronica was contacted to ask that she purchase a new 20-hour set of classes for $269 dollars if she intended to continue attending. We are not certain why she became so irate at being asked whether she wanted to continue. However, even with the extra classes mentioned above, "far more" than 20 hours have passed since she started attending on November 17, 2021.
