Fantastic experience: I really love how ELS makes us feel at home. The teachers are amazing, always kind, patient, and willing to help. The environment is super friendly, and it motivates me to learn more every day. ELS is definitely doing things right by creating a place where students feel supported and happy.

Negative experience: Do not use this site for IELTS language testing. i checked in with them 2 hours before the test and waited on-site in the hallway only to be told as i was going in to take the test that i had the wrong id and could not take the test. I cannot reschedule and the $300 dollar fee paid months in advance is non refundable. Go anywhere else even if it means driving out of state.

Negative experience: Zero stars! Be careful don’t take your Ielts test here. The employees have attitude don’t treat people nice! They’re not fair in giving Ielts exam scores. One of my worst interactions with people was in this place. As a advice for all the international students please go to a different Ielts test center if you want to be scored fairly on your exam.

Fantastic experience: English: Teachers are very helpful here. Its a perfect place for you improve your English. Here you have a Top-notch structure to support you in your studies because you're at a gorgeous University of Cincinnati and can use all of this structure like Reacreation Center, Library and some other facilities. And if you're owl night person you have here some nightclubs closer then UC. Portuguese: Os professores são extremamente pró-ativos e te ajudam em tudo que podem, aqui é um ótimo lugar para brasileiros visto que, existem poucos brasileiros ou nenhum dependendo da época que estiver aqui o que te ajuda a melhorar suas habilidades de inglês o obrigando a realmente se comunicar em inglês. Ah não esqueça você está dentro da Universidade de Cincinnati que tem um campus gigante e lindo, e você pode usar toda sua estrutura. Fora os restaurantes e bares nos arredores da faculdade.

Fantastic experience: On my first day, when I saw that closed door (I had arrived so early), I could never have imagined how ELS (English Language Services) would change my life in just one month. I received an excellent reception from everyone at ELS. The friendly treatment and detailed explanation of everything quickly made me understand that I had made the best choice of my life. The English teachers soon understood my difficulties and helped me with all my doubts. They made me comfortable speaking, writing, reading, and prepared me for a great life experience. The assistants were fantastic, very intelligent and attentive, friendly, and always willing to organize meetings with other students, focusing on conversation so that students would lose their fear of speaking English. I met friends from countries I never imagined, from almost all over the world. These English students were so friendly to me that I will never forget them. So, if you wish to have an incredible experience in an English exchange program, ELS will provide that for you.

Positive experience: Teachers working for ELS Cincinnati are really great. They answered my questions wherever I asked. If you follow their directions, your English skills will be much better.

Negative experience: I do not advise ELS because of the racism towards Arabs in general, especially the Saudis. Sometimes we get tired and absent, and we have a medical excuse and they do not accept it, unlike other students who do not have medical excuses. They accept their excuses. This is my point of view towards this institute, and I do not advise it based on racism towards the Arabs, because their goal is only to collect money from... Arab students only

Negative experience: I had studied at the ELS in Cincinnati OH for 5 months after that I changed to another institute Honestly, I don’t recommend the institute for any one for many reasons. Some teachers , manager and management are not cooperative . I had bad experience with the institute I started in level one. I saw my some teachers did not take care of students and the ELS curriculum isn’t appropriate with my level

Fantastic experience: I had two months experience studying at the ELS- University of Cincinnati. The staff is experienced and eager to help you learn English. In class ,and during extra activities. The location is great, and you get to experience the atmosphere of a large university.

The teachers are fun and what not a lot of students may notice is that each teacher at ELS is different from the others. Fantastic experience: Nice place to take IELTS/ Toefl tests. Good and friendly staff making proper facilities for candidates attending for test. If you want to park car at a walkable distance, paid parking available on Jefferson Ave. It’s quite available on Saturdays and free of cost on Sundays.
