Experiencia fantástica: Hacen ya 9 meses que me transferí a TransWorld. Ceri hizo que todo se diera muy fácil, acogedor y profesional en el proceso. La escuela ofrece diferentes niveles de inglés, horarios flexibles y un precio bastante decente en cuanto a calidad/precio. En mi opinión, la mejor opción para ESL en SF.

Experiencia negativa: I entered in this school by accident, when I was trying to find another address. I realized that I was at the wrong address and that was an English school. A blond woman saw me lost and asked me what I was doing there. I said that I was looking for my friend (she has a business close by) and she basically kicked me out the school. She said that I can’t ride my scooter on her carpet. The problem is that she was aggressive and extremely rude with me. She could have said that I was at the wrong place and I certainly would leave, but no! She was yelling and doing a show! When I was trying to defend myself because I didn’t do anything wrong, she grew on me and almost hit me. When I said that I’m also an international student, she said: get out your STUPID GIRL!! As an international student myself, I’ve been to so many nice schools with friendly staff. That woman is completely insane! I’ve never felt so insulted in my whole life!

Teachers are professional and likable. Whether you need to improve your English, prepare for TOEFL, or focus on business. Transworld is the right place.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid this school at all costs if you don’t want to ruin your status and if you are already there do not ever trust this school’s DSO and ask for a transfer as soon as possible because she will use whatever in her hands to manipulate you and make you think that she is a good person and that she cares about all the international students studying at this school, but all she cares about is money she will keep extending your I20 while your debt is raising saying that money is not a problem and that you can pay whenever you can and the moment she realizes you no longer can pay for the school, you are financially struggling and you are no longer useful for her buisness, you will see her true face, she will try everything to terminate you the way you can’t seek reinstatment she will create the perfect scenario for the DHS and get you in trouble because she does not need you to be here in the STATES anymore for a simple reason because you can get her in trouble.

Experiencia negativa: Teachers here do not take criticism well especially when they ask you to give feedback. Also they do not do business in an honest way. Please do not enroll in this school.

Experiencia fantástica: I was student in this school and I want to leave all that 5 stars for a teacher whose name is Marc. He is one of the best teachers that I've ever met. You can learn a lot of things from him if you want to improve your English and learn about American culture and history. That's all what I can say about school.

Easy access to the information. Anyway the involvement and the students'care was very high. In this way beyond the linguistic progress, the fear of express yourself has been replaced by the will of a good communication.

Experiencia fantástica: Transworld is a great school at an affordable price and downtown location. I am glad I am improving my English with friends from all over the world! The diversity of students you will meet here is a differential compared to other schools in SF where Asians and South Americans are the majority. A nice prep-course also for those who wish to start university, like me!

Experiencia negativa: The director is unprofessional and my advice to you is to get away from this school.. They unreasonably terminated my status because I didn't go to school for one day due to sickness (i have doctor's note) and I had to go through a long and stressful process to get my status back with the help of a lawyer. I was badly treated even though I had a legit reason.
