Experiencia negativa: Hi everyone! Let me share my experience with this school. Unfortunately it’s mostly negative. Teachers are unprofessional and rude. Especially Prassena. This teacher always discusses politics, asks some personal questions, has inappropriate jokes. So the atmosphere is mostly negative during her classes. Lots of teachers are giving marks subjectively. There are also some other teachers who, for example, like having food parties almost every week and can give you lower marks if you don’t bring food. Such a trash place. I really recommend you to choose any other school.

Experiencia fantástica: The school's regulation system is perfect. The classrooms are clean and tidy whenever I step in every morning. And the people here are all nice! I really appreciate everyone I met in SSL. Everyone in SSL here is trying to help me grow up, acquire new language skills, and build a good rapport with each other. I am a previous college student. I finished my English Composition courses in a 4-year university. But I must say, the SSL is providing qualified English programs for ESL students that enable them to fit into college-level courses in the United States. Yes, I experienced college-level English literature classes in a 4-year university so I can say it. Most of the class-teaching skills, such as critical thinking and note-taking, are very usable in college. But, here at SSL, our instructors will also teach students about native English. No English class in any university could teach international students about this. Luckily, followed by my English instructor, we exposed a lot to idioms or commonly used phrases.

The school itself is an excellent school, with a very competent staff, but which has been in changes during this period, I think it is precisely to improve always. Our academic director today, Mr. Juan Chilito was my teacher before in two modalities before he turned academic director, and I believe he has been awarded that post for more than deserving. In my opinion the best teacher I've ever had and the best choice for academic director the school has ever had. A year ago, I made this review. I'm about to leave school, and I'm going to miss my teachers so much, they're all amazing. After our amazing director, Juan Chilito, went to follow his aspirations, now we have Grey Miller as our director. Grey is amazing, and I'm going to miss him so much. He is funny and sarcastic, but besides he is very intelligent and experienced, and knows what and how to do with quality. The school is in good hands, the staff is always improving.
