Experiencia fantástica: The program for international students is really great! My English has improved a lot after a few months of studying. In addition, the school offers not only traditional classes but also excursions and activities to help students learn not only the language but also the culture.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at UCEDA has truly been life changing. When I started, I literally did not speak any English at all, zero. From day one, however, I was welcomed with respect, patience, and constant encouragement. I never felt embarrassed, judged, or discriminated against for not knowing the language. On the contrary, everyone consistently showed me that I was capable of learning and improving. The teachers are extremely attentive, well prepared, and genuinely committed to each student’s progress. The learning environment is supportive and safe, which is essential when learning a new language. I would especially like to highlight the coordinator, Kian, an outstanding professional who is always available to help, clarify doubts, and resolve difficulties with professionalism, empathy, and respect. The front desk staff is also excellent, always kind, organized, and ready to assist. I conclude this chapter at UCEDA with great satisfaction and pride in the results I achieved. The knowledge I gained here gave me the opportunity to enroll in a university, something that once felt very distant. UCEDA does not just teach English, it believes in people and actively helps them reach their academic and professional goals. I am deeply grateful to the entire UCEDA team. Experiencia negativa: Gentlemen, Uceda Institute, we are students night shift 8.30 pm 10.00 pm classroom #2 in which we only have 30% lighting because most of the fluorescents are damaged, in those conditions it is difficult to study at night, I don't know if the Uceda Institute has maintenance personnel to solve the lighting problem, so I wonder, are we studying in an underdeveloped country where they have this type of technical problems But that is not the case, we are studying at an Institute that is in a developed country and is a world power and it cannot be that we have these deficiencies. Waiting for your news and immediate solution, because tomorrow we also have classes. I attach photos
