Experiencia fantástica: Classes are interactive with lots of speaking and listening in natural and engaging conversations. The homework helps with reading, writing, and listening. Being an English teacher, I’ve become confident talking with my Spanish speaking students and their parents. I am also able to better recognize cognates or words in Spanish and English with common roots. I appreciate how flexible and supportive the teachers are and I’ve enjoyed my experience so much I signed up for the full year program.

After taking several years of Spanish in school, New Way Spanish was the class that made learning Spanish fun and actually stick! Experiencia fantástica: I have been a student of New Way Language Learning since September 2019. I needed to learn Spanish because I plan to retire in a Spanish speaking country in the near future. Let's just say that I am no "spring chicken" anymore and learning a new language when you are over 60 was concerning. When I started, I was a true beginner. I understood some basics but struggled to form a sentence. In one year, I have progressed several levels. On site lessons initially and now lessons on ZOOM have helped me so much. I can have conversations in Spanish, read articles and write responses. The instructors have been great. Nearly all of my classes have been 1:1. There are monthly meetings which are actually fun. If you want to learn another language and can spare a couple hours per week, try New Way Language. I am happy that I did.

I love the flexibility with scheduling, the ability to work with different tutors with different teaching styles, and the customized learning. I’m not always the best student because of my work schedule, but I find my tutors to be very supportive and encouraging and it helps keep me motivated. I’ve tried a lot of others ways to learn another language before and this is the only one that I’ve stuck with and made progres and I’m so thankful because it’s already benefited me personally and professionally.
