Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to learn Spanish for real, not just pick up a few Duolingo phrases here and there. Pedro’s classroom is the perfect setting to do just that! The style of learning is collaborative, with more than just memorization. He brings in past and present cultural lessons on many different Spanish speaking countries and the conversation based classes help to apply the learning. I started classes with Pedro without any baseline (having never taken it in school). It definitely takes effort, but I feel like I’m making great progress and could carry a basic conversation (for traveling) after just a little over a year. If you’re looking for an immersive and fun way to learn Spanish, you have to join Pedro’s classroom! The value is unmatched.

Experiencia fantástica: I started once-a-week Spanish classes with Pedro in December 2022 and have thoroughly enjoyed learning the language thus far! Pedro is flexible and understanding with timing of classes, and is always very communicative. These classes focus more on learning to speak Spanish effectively than reading or writing Spanish, although there is still some reading and writing practice with these lessons. Pedro is very encouraging and I look forward to furthering my Spanish-speaking abilities even more than I already have!!

Experiencia fantástica: Me encantan mis clases con Pedro. I have been working with Pedro since 2020 with weekly lessons and "charlas" to improve my Spanish. Pedro is very enthusiastic and supportive and tailors the lessons, discussion and learning to the needs of the learner (in my case, medical Spanish for my health care profession and missionary work). He also incorporates multiple outside resources (videos, online articles, podcasts, etc.) to reinforce the lessons. My daughter has also taken lessons with Pedro and finds his structured lessons and powerpoint presentations very helpful and much clearer than her college Spanish courses. I have recommended Pedro to at least a dozen other adult learners and colleagues. Gracias Pedro!

We don't just talk about spanish grammar but the history and customs in the spanish world both in South America and Spain.
