Experiencia fantástica: We’re so sad that the Saturday Camp for Spring 2026 camp is over and we’re really hoping they offer a fall session! My 7-year-old is in a dual-language first grade class and has had some exposure to Spanish, but Cultural Bytes truly sparked his interest in wanting to learn more. My son has Autism Level 1 and does need some support, so at first I wasn’t sure how it would go. We decided to try just one class, and after that very first day, he was already asking to go back. That says everything. We’ve loved it so much that we enrolled him for the entire summer program. While he’s sad that the Saturday class has ended, he’s excited to return in the summer. Señora Jackie is wonderful with the children, and the rest of the teachers are just as amazing. I especially appreciate that they fully immerse the kids by speaking only Spanish—it really makes a difference. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Apunté a mi hija al campamento de invierno de Cultural Bytes principalmente porque necesitaba cuidado durante las vacaciones. Él ya habla español, así que no tenía muchas expectativas… y la verdad es que me sorprendió muchísimo. Todos los días regresaba contento, hablando de lo que había hecho y con ganas de volver al día siguiente. Las actividades estaban súper bien pensadas, eran divertidas pero también lo retaban, sin sentirse como “clases”. Hicieron muchas actividades tanto adentro como afuera, y aunque era un campamento de enriquecimiento, también fomentaban la lectura y la escritura de una forma muy natural. Creo que funciona perfecto tanto para niños que ya hablan español como para los que están aprendiendo. Definitivamente lo recomiendo. Nosotros seguro regresamos para el campamento de los sábados y ya estoy tratando de acomodar mi agenda para el campamento de verano.

Experiencia fantástica: My 7-year-old daughter attended 4 weeks of Spanish Summer Camp with Cultural Bytes and had a wonderful time. She has a little Spanish at school, but we were still nervous about how she would take to it especially not knowing anyone else there. After the first day, she seemed perfectly happy to go back, which is our sign that things are going well. We were always greeted at drop offs with huge smiles and excited welcomes, and our daughter always seemed cheerful and well-exercised at pick-up — she loved the water play days and at the end of her time at Cultural Bytes many projects and worksheets came home so we could see some of the things she had been up to. All in all, a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: We sent our daughters here for two weeks of the Summer camp session. Our girls (ages 9 and 7) enjoyed the camps activities and learned a ton of vocabulary. Ms.Jackie and the other teachers welcomed them each morning and walked them out to my car at pick up with a nice review of the days activities. The director understands language learning will happen when kids are having fun so this was a win win!

Experiencia fantástica: My two sons joined the Spanish immersion camps this summer and they loved it. They had a great time, made many new friends, and had wonderful experiences. The camp was very far from our home and that still didn’t make them any less excited about attending every day. The staff were very nice and attentive. Both my sons are on the spectrum and they were still made to feel welcome and included. They boys feel more comfortable using words in Spanish and their curiosity has been activated because even now after the camp has ended, they ask me for the Spanish words of new things they encounter, which never happened before this camp. Very happy with our experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids attended two weeks of Spanish camp this summer and had such a great time. It was a long drive for us but I wanted to prepare my 5 year old for starting Spanish immersion DLI kindergarten this fall with some exposure to hearing the language. So we made the trek, and it was so worth it! The kids had fun learning about Latin American cultures, lots of songs and games, and water play every day. Experiencia fantástica: My 6 year-old daughter went to summer camp here for 2 weeks with her friend and loved it. My child did not speak any Spanish going in, and she was welcomed with open arms. Señora Jackie and the other camp leaders care about the kids and go above and beyond to give them lots of fun activities and games to fill the day. They even met my daughter at our car every morning, even on mornings when we were late (which happened quite a bit)! Check out this lovely program for your kiddos. You won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Our kid did Saturday Spanish camp last fall and this fall. We’re excited that it will be offered in the Spring this year! Last year she was in Kindergarten, this year first grade. She’s excited to go every week. They teach some reading, writing, and math (in Spanish, of course). We’re so excited that this school exists and have recruited many friends to join us there.

Profesor Memo reviewed the content learned in previous lessons with fun games, and my son was always excited to participate. My daughter did a week of the in-person camp in the beginning of July. She is currently in a dual immersion program at school and I thought going to the camp would help keep her language skills sharp during the summer. She really loved the camp and the instructors! Experiencia fantástica: We are so happy with the Hola Spanish Summer Camp in Burbank! This is my 5yo son second week and he's super excited and happy. We thought he would have a difficult time because everything is in Spanish but the teachers are super sweet and with the different fun activities he has been busy and having so much fun that he always asks to come back the next day. He loves the water games and tells us about his friends and what he learned on that day. We can't recommend it enough!

Estuve buscando programas en el area de Raleigh y desafortunadamente no encontre ninguna clase para niños bilingues. Decidi buscar libros para enseñarle en casa, asi me enteré de este programa y estoy feliz escuchando a mi hijo, que entiende Español pero que no lo hablaba, interactuando 100% en Español!. No sólo esta hablando en Español, los temas que la clases cubren le ayuda a appender sobre la cultura, comida, fauna y flora de todos los paises hispanoparlantes! A el le ha encantado la clase, es como un viaje por el mundo desde casa! Realmente este programa es mejor que poner a un niño a ver programas en nuestro idioma, si tu como yo, eres un padre criando niños bilingues, trate Vilaca, le va a encantar!

Experiencia fantástica: Our 5.5 year old daughter who is currently enrolled in dual language Kindergarten attend the first week of winter camp. She was so excited to go as soon as she met Maestra Jackie and the other teachers and her love for learning and speaking Spanish was immediately activated. The activities they provided were age appropriate and very engaging. We are already considering sending our daughter back for summer camp.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first year our boys(ages 6&9) attended Cultural Bytes. They attended the entire 6 weeks and initially were not looking forward to a full immersion Spanish Language camp. That being said, after the first week they came home excited to return to camp the next day. During the weekend, they ask if the weekend was almost over, and ask when will they return to Spanish camp. Fridays are optional but our boys insisted on attending Fridays as well. They really had a blast, and are speaking some Spanish and singing songs in Spanish around the house. Señora Jackie (the director) is very organized which we really appreciate. She is also very enthusiastic, caring, and you can tell she is very passionate about the children. Not only their learning, but their overall well being. The counselors are also very nice, caring and always enthusiastic to see the kids. Our boys love Manuela, and they always have wonderful things about their other counselors, and how much fun they are. They offer a variety of activities that engage all the children no matter their interest. We are so grateful for our experience with Cultural Bytes and will definitely return next summer.

Our son came in shy and with no Spanish background. We are bilingual but not of Spanish heritage. Living in souther California we felt it’s important for him to speak the native language . Pleasantly just after few weeks of camp, he appears more confident, eager to show off with friends and family and sings in Spanish at home regularly. It is such a delight to see him blend with confidence! We were looking for a Summer program that would truly immerse her in the language and culture in ways she missed-out on during distance learning. Cultural Bytes is full immersion which enhances her learning, but moreover, we found this place to be full of a loving staff that truly cares about offering the kids a fun, loving, kind, and diverse environment. They offer a solid program that is clearly well thought-out and we're confident that our little girl will have the best summer experience while learning Spanish and making new friends. Experiencia fantástica: This is one of the best spanish immersion programs in the area. They are fun, the teachers are dynamic and the owner is a native spanish speaker. We have tried other programs that are closer and more expensive, and have not been happy at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Great way to learn a new language and understand the culture. Working with Jackie and her teachers online was such a unique and refreshing experience for my daughters. Taking the Spanish language classes was so much fun for my girls, I don’t know what you did Jackie to get them excited and learning, but keep it up! Unfortunately for me they enjoy showing off their conversation skills and this German has a hard time keeping up. Love that through the power of the Internet someone in Glendale, California can teach someone here in Texas. Next up, one of the in person summer camps!!!!

My daughters have had so much fun with Sandrine and the rest of the team. They have done a great job making sure everything is safe and having a great time. Now, she is taking French classes and enjoying them as well. Ms. Sandrine makes class fun, I hear them both laughing during the lesson. Experiencia fantástica: My son just started taking 1-1 Mandarin classes and even though I was so nervous about how it would go, he loves it! He really likes the way the teacher doesn’t speak English, but provides other cues for him to know what she is saying. He felt like the 30 min class was so quick and has asked to do the 60 min even! After class, without prompting, he went and made flashcards so he would remember what he learned. Looking forward to also trying Spanish classes which is why we first started, but my son is hooked on Mandarin for the moment!

Experiencia fantástica: We began French tutoring sessions for my daughter over zoom and it’s been going great! Very engaging and understanding of how children need rewards to stay motivated. It is a warm nurturing atmosphere that promotes immersion, meaning my daughter didn’t speak English for the entire tutoring session! It was great and I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were looking for a good summer camp for our busy, not so easy to please 6 year old when we came across Cultural Bytes. We were thrilled with the idea of him improving his Spanish, which he understands but refuses to speak. Even though we were unsure if he would like the program, we decided to give it a chance and we are very happy we did! He loves the program and he is actually making an effort to speak Spanish. Señora Jackie and all the teachers at Cultural Bytes are very nice and prepared. They keep the kids entertained and make the learning process fun. They have been very patient and understanding with my energetic boy. So much that he is now begging to come back next year!

They seem to do quite a wonderful job at teaching the students in a fun, interactive way, all while using a full-immersion technique, without the kids feeling intimidated or nervous. Their Spanish after the 6 week week camp is much stronger year to year. The girls have so much fun that they ask us to pick them up at the end of the day. No early pickups for them! Experiencia fantástica: We have been touring/trialing Spanish immersion classes for my 4.5 year old and Cultural Bytes stood out in so many ways. 1) My daughter LOVED it! This is the most important part. If they are enjoying themselves they will learn more. Out of all the programs we tried this is the only one she asked to come back to. 2) Options- they offer summer camp/winter camp and Saturday classes. Other programs that I looked into are only 1 hour classes and/or offer only summer camp. We are not a spanish speaking household so she needs more than just an hour to really help her learn/maintain the language. 3) Immersion- It May seem intimidating to us as adults, but it’s the best way to learn! Some programs translate or speak in english/Spanish and it doesn’t force their brains to do the work. 4) Age appropriate- The divide the kiddos into age appropriate groups to ensue they are at the right level, and they are offering a toddler camp this year and I am looking forward to my 2.5 yr old being able to attend too! Cultural Bytes gets 5 stars from my family! We look forward to spending the summer with you.

Though this is my daughters first camp, I am fully informed on how great this program is. Like any language it does take time to learn however the teachers at cultural bytes along with their curriculum does a great job and making language learning fun, and effective. Highly recommend !
