Experiencia negativa: Do not ever try to deal with this school! This school is a scam and wont refund your money! They will deduct a huge percentage if u ever try to do refund! Just dont ever try to deal with them! Scam school and doesn’t follow their own policy! they will lure you specially those who are looking for an I-20.

Experiencia negativa: AVOID KAPLAN INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGES I am extremely upset with my experience at Kaplan International Languages. I made my tuition deposit of $3,200 on March 31 as required by them. My enrollment advisor was rushing me to pay, which made me a little skeptical, but after reading some positive reviews, I decided to trust them. Unfortunately, from there, it was one disappointment after another. My advisor repeatedly promised that my I-20 would be issued within 2–3 days — but it actually took 9 days, and only because I kept following up. They made promises they didn’t deliver on, but I felt I had no choice but to wait. Another issue: I clearly requested the Intensive English Program, but they enrolled me in the Semi-Intensive instead. When I raised this, they insisted it was “just the same.” Even though it wasn’t what I signed up for, I decided to let it go and move forward. Recently, I received an offer to study for a Master’s in Business Administration at a university. I immediately contacted Kaplan to withdraw my application. I reviewed their USA Cancellation Policy carefully — it says that if a student cancels before arrival and before the program start date, the maximum non-refundable fee is $500. To my shock, Kaplan is now charging me $910 for “administrative fees.” I feel completely robbed. When I called my enrollment advisor for help, he simply said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a contact number for someone who could actually assist me — and he refused to provide one. Where was all this silence when they were rushing me to make my payment? Now that I need help, they are nowhere to be found. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional. I regret trusting Kaplan, and I hope others think twice before enrolling.

Kaplan Chicago is located in the heart of downtown Chicago, so I could enjoy everything I wanted. Chicago riverwalk, Chicago pizza, Starbucks Reserve Roastery, many famous restaurants and cafes, shopping malls, Navy pier, millennium park, Chicago Bean, and etc are very very close. I was able to enjoy the beauty of Chicago easily and comfortably. ✔️Next, I think Chicago is the most convenient area for transportation in the United States. Unlike the West like L.A., the area around Kaplan Chicago has various and convenient means of transportation such as bus, metro, and water taxi. I usually used the buses when I went somewhere and it was very convenient. ✔️Also, staff members such as teachers, a director, a academic manager, and student services coordinators are all friendly, kind, and professional. They always try to support students and provide various activities to help us enjoy and explore Chicago. I participated in various activities, which was a great opportunity to enjoy Chicago, make many international friends, and improve my English. ✔️Finally, classes and textbooks are well-organized, with multiple levels available and a diverse range of teachers. This allows you to improve your English skills by taking classes that match your level. You will never regret choosing this language school. I already miss Kaplan Chicago

Experiencia fantástica: Kaplan Chicago is a really good language school to learn English. First, it’s located in downtown of Chicago. A convenient place to go to anywhere. It’s near shopping malls, restaurants and beaches. Second, all of staff and teachers are really nice. If you have any problems, they’ll help you and answer your questions immediately, they’re very helpful for me! Third, English lessons and learning materials in Kaplan are very complete. Besides, the environment is really nice, I improve my speaking and listening a lot. Fourth, students here are from all over the world. Because of these cute international friends, I have many precious & important memories with them. Fifth, Kaplan arranges many amazing activities every month, you can explore and enjoy the moments in Chicago with them. It’s so fun and interesting! Sixth, Kaplan’s dormitory is nice! By the way, you can meet your roommate with different cultures. I met many amazing roommates here.

The representative of this English learning institution was communicated by a rude guy who spoke poor Indian English. It's hard to believe they can teach anything.
